Dr. K was awesome! Great patient care. He explained everything and went over the pictures of my eye in great detail. The staff was excellent as well, trained and efficient with the different exams. Highly recommend Dr. K.

I visited this place during the first week of January after moving to the valley and decided to give it a shot. Angel was very welcoming and guided me through the whole process, which started off on a great note. However, things went downhill after that.

It’s been over three weeks, and I haven’t heard back from them. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but they never answer or return my messages. Living 25 minutes away, it’s incredibly frustrating not being able to get any updates. I eventually had to ask a friend who works nearby to check on my glasses for me.

The lack of communication and customer service is disappointing. Next time, I’ll just drive to San Diego and have my glasses shipped—at least I’d know they’d arrive on time.

Receptionist was excellent, doctor also and gentlemen that assisted me as well, but while I waited I looked at glasses, in the past we would look at glasses and not put back on display for covid reasons. To be sure I asked employee Jose do I put back on display he said rudely, "You could do whatever you want....."I am sorry I was not expecting that response..he was rude...I am sorry but gentleman that assisted excellent customer service and Javier he was not there but he's awesome as well.

Such a great office and great service! The doctor was so nice and respectful. She was clear and offered all the information I needed. The staff was amazing and their selection of frames is amazing!

The selection of new released glasses has shrunk. Prices seemed to be marked up! Extra insurance discount not added. Make you pay up front now for glasses and sign an all sales final form. It might be our last time going there… we shall see.

Staff at OEVC at IV Mall are courteous and attentive. The entire appointment from start to finish was quick and thorough. The doctor engaged in conversation asked questions and was not rushed as many doctors are. She was great! Staff were also great. I recommend this establishment.
