Room 201, stayed for road trips. Pretty decent. Mild cracks on door, a/c is iffy, balcony is nice, working refrigerator and microwave, smells decent, and TV is ok. We had previously hotel that sank reek of cigarettes and worker even allow us to check the room before paying!

Edit: This morning the worker requested me to remove the picture with cracked door, due to ugliness. They also said that they will do some remodeling eventually. I will remove that, but letting you know this isn't new situation that lot of people complained about cracked door. One wasn't allowed to hang the blanket over the cracks according to one review. Have a great day.

I asked the man at the front desk for a receipt, so I can get reimbursed for the room.. he said "receipts are for me". The young lady at the front desk is kind and polite. I know the property is very old and worn.. but it should be kept clean, it was very dirty.

Old building, no shampoo or conditioner included. But if you get a good room it's perfect for a cheap place to stay. Some rooms are tiny and cramped and others are prefect sized with extra room... like the ones with the balconies. Very nice people run it. The lady that helped me was great. I was in town from Florida but I grew up in Brewton and this is always the go to place. Unless you want to pay and extra 40 to 50 bucks for a brand new room at the Best Western but I think that is a little pricey. I'm on a budget so I just need a place to shower and sleep while visiting. $60 not bad. I will continue to come here.

I have stayed at this motel numerous of times over the years always good service & nice clean rooms. Last night was by far the WORST night I have ever had there in my life & I will NEVER go back !! If I could upload the pictures I would. We stayed in room 191 & the room was infested with roaches & bed bugs !!!! DISGUSTING !!! Then tried to tell is we weren't going to get our money back ha yea right I don't know what happened or what's going on with them but me & my family won't be going back ever worst service & room !!!!

Room smells HORRIBLE. About knocks you out when coming inside. Beds are comfortable and that's about the only thing acceptable about this place aside from the 57$ we paid. Air unit was off and with the 100° heat outside wouldn't cool off the room. Front desk guy was very nice until they made us remove the blanket we put over the door to keep the heat out from the cracks in the door frame. If you're looking for a cheap place for "maybe" a night then fine if you can handle dirty, smelly, hot rooms. Dont stay here. Best western is right down the road.

They're not very friendly. No matter how nice we were... had to fumigate before we stayed. Also paid up for a week... left for the storm and they had our room rented out for our last night. Then got an attitude with us when we stopped in to see our friends still staying there. Figured we would still have our room since it was paid for.. no refunds. AIR didn't work in our room they said "they all work differently" bought a fan just to sleep comfortably. Maybe ok for a night or two but I wouldn't recommend

For as long as the owners have been in business the 2 rooms we used were badly in need of repair. But we're clean
and employees were nice . Some rooms were infested with bugs also, no place to hang clothes in closet . And you were placed based on personal appearance .

If I could leave negative stars I would, got in with my daughter and 4 granddaughters at 2:30 am and the room given had a man sleeping in his car in front of our room and bags of clothes and a small grill in front of the door, asked for a different area and room, was given one with a dirty toilet and bathroom, very hot in room and smells musty. Had to demand money back several times before receiving it and going to Best Western.
