Very good customer service when ordering the bed cover. The bed cover got here very quickly and was installed incredibly fast. I am however very disappointed that H&H did not tell me they were going to drill holes in the bed of my brand new truck to run the drain tubes for the bed cover. If I would have known this I absolutely would have went with a different cover that didn't have drain tubes. I still cannot believe they drilled holes in the bed without first asking the owner of the vehicle if that would be acceptable.

Just recently purchased an above ground pool for our grands. We could not have asked for better service. Everything from purchase to installation was a 5 star experience. I’ve had trouble with my truck cap for a few years. After several attempts at trying to fix the problem to no avail, I made an appointment at H&H Gadsden for repair. They were accommodating to my availability. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Roger and Brian and the repair work by John. Troy Davenport assisted me in finding a truck bed cover for my 17 year old truck. It arrived in one day and they installed it the same day. I’m easily able to open it and it looks beautiful on my truck. I would recommend Troy & H & H to my Granny if she were still alive. 💙
