Major discrimination at this location. “Team leads” need better training. Went with family today to buy shoes for my toddler's and was immediately and continuously followed around the store. Never have I been profiled or targeted in the area. This was such an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience I will not be back, and I warn any one else that decides to shop as a family or “fit the part” to be weary of spending your money here. I’m a veteran, home owner, business owner, etc. never would I need to steal a pair of shoes. So the team leader today that was in this store on 05/08/2025 with dreads I hope actual management reaches out and gives better training.

Bought the most comfortable pair of shoes there. So comfortable I put my old shoes in the box and went to pay. They laughed and rung up my old shoes lol. Very friendly staff, great prices. I will definitely be going back!

In store selection is large yet lacks diversity in size and fashion. If you wanted the somewhat diverse fashion choices shoe carnival had, you will have to order off of the website.

I was greeted by Carly Woods and Caleb Anderson with the sweetest hospitality. They took their time with me to make sure the shoe were correct for my feet since I have a disability! They made sure that the shoes were my correct size and weren’t to tight on my feet . They walked with me to make sure I found everything that I need. I’m grateful to have two kind people help me! Thank y’all so much !😌
