Yes, it took a long time to get my brakes fixed. Parts are the issue (not Gadsden Tire & Brakes). I love all of the workers, great communication, explaining issues, patience and contacting me. I'm so, so, HAPPY! I have never seen the entire crew doing nothing but work, work, work, from sun up to sun down! THANK YOU ALL!

I noticed I had a nail in my tire on a Saturday afternoon, called to see how quick I could get in and they told me they could do it right now. I drove over and they looked really busy. I was there for 5 minutes and they had it done! They are very efficient. I was really happy. I’ll definitely be going back.

*gave 5stars only to push my review to the top * I had been getting good tires from them in the past but recently they have been stripping lugs, or just leaving them off all together and almost not replacing things like my hub cap (if I hadn't been mindful). And MOST recently I bought 3 tires from them and one of the three is completely rotted after only a month. And I DO NOT DO a lot of driving. Will not be going back and I recommend to others the same.

Went here to have front and back brakes replaced. We were asked to stay in the car while the work was being completed. It took them about 5 minutes to change front brakes and for about 45 minutes they were beating and banging on the back brakes trying to remove the old ones. They finally completed the work and we were good to go or so we thought. It’s been about 9 months since the brakes were changed and a week ago we started having trouble with the emergency brake locking up and malfunctioning. I took it to another body shop and the first thing they asked is who replaced the brakes last because if not done correctly it can cause damages to the actuators and calipers. I drive a Mazda CX5 that has an electronic parking brake. Come to find out my vehicle has to be put in service mode before servicing the brakes because of the electronic parking brake. Gadsden tire did not do this so that’s why they could not get the rear brake pads to release. Since my car was not put into service mode before removing the rear brakes, it ruined my rear actuators and calipers. The damages cost me $1200 to repair. Absolutely avoid this place at all cost. The damages they caused cost a lot of extra money and also put me and my family at risk driving a vehicle with malfunctioning brakes that would lock up on us. Go somewhere where they know how to replace brakes on all types of vehicles the right way.

I can not recommend a business more, these guys are on point. They are very knowledgeable quick but efficient. The fasted brake job I've ever seen. I had called I had a blow out but no Jack to change the tire. Someone was there in 10 minutes. From tires to major engine repair they're definitely an option

used to be my go-to tire place because of convenience and price, but you get what you pay for.

they botched my alignment job twice. after the first time, they tried to make it right by replacing the tires and re-doing the alignment with no additional cost. after the second time i haven’t even bothered going back.

different tire shop told me one of my lug nuts is cross-threaded (this is due to negligence) and my valve stem is broken (could be due to age of tire or negligence on their part).

ALSO ONCE GAVE ME AN 8 YEAR OLD TIRE, too old to patch when i ran over a nail. they did refund me for this tire but seriously?

never again, go somewhere that knows what they’re doing.
