Great selection and incredible employees. This nice young man named Luke Marcus was extremely helpful. He is full of knowledge and very respectful. He helped me find right size cotter pin I needed and installed it on my spreader for me. I will continue to use this ace hardware as long as the employees are as competent and genuinely compassionate about their job and helping customers. Thank you ace hardware for setting the standards for customer service.

Came in for an item that was listed online as in stock and avaliable. Once we got to store the staff had zero idea of the item we were looking for. After 30 minutes of searching it became evident that it was in fact not in stock or avaliable.
The staff was friendly and readily available to assist.

Corey has went above and beyond to help me try to find the belt I need for my mower. Even though they don't carry the belt I need he looked up the information for me to take to where he suggested I could find it. AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Needed a new circular saw and they had 2 in stock. Really nice people there. There's popcorn at the checkout, but no tacos.

Always very friendly staff and clean and stocked well with a lot of variety. I love to window shop but the prices are a bit steep because they are a smaller retailer so we don't usually spend a lot here. I wish they had more frequent sales that had a bit better savings. The garden center is small but very nice and the plants usually are well taken care of. Other than the prices being a bit out of my range, its always a pleasant shopping experience.

I stopped in because I saw the beautiful flowers as I was passing by. I was assisted by the nicest young man named Ashton. He was so helpful and informative. The assortment and colors of the fall flowers are awesome. I know now where to go for my indoor and outdoor foliage!!🥰

I have gone several times to Ace in Gardendale. They are so nice and helpful. One time I was looking for blower that wasn't terribly heavy but was very powerful. The young man that helped me demonstrated it and let me hold it to see if it was a good enough wait for me. I will never go back to those huge stores where no one will help you.

Super friendly and courteous staff. I belive the gentleman's name that helped getting my mower blades opened was Corey. He called me promptly when they came in and I went right on in and picked them up. They sell good quality items at a great price. I do not have one complaint about this location. Not a whole lot to say about other locations.
