I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Coach in Leeds, AL, and especially Jason! After calling over 15 different stores across the country trying to find a specific bag for my sister, this was the only location that had it. But what truly set this experience apart wasn’t just the product—it was Jason’s outstanding customer service.

From the moment I called, Jason went above and beyond. He didn’t just check the system—he personally went to the store floor to triple-check availability and all the details to ensure it was the right one. He then offered to wrap it beautifully, include an extra gift bag for presentation, and even tucked in a handwritten note and an additional paper receipt for convenience. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness were next level, and it truly made this gift extra special.

Because of this experience, I now have a strong desire to continue shopping at this store—not just for my sister, but for future gifts as well. Just got off the phone with the best employee of coach named Jason. He Assisted me with getting the city tote bag from the pink collection after having the Colorado store in the Denver premium outlets (store manager jones) and manager Tran decline to sell me the product over a pay by link! These people know me by name now. I visit at least once per week. The sales associates are super friendly and always willing to help you find that perfect accessory. They let you know the current promotions and will give you recommendations if needed and asked for. As for the brand, Coach went through a rebranding a few years ago and emerged better than ever. Their detail to quality and craftsmanship rivals some of the major luxury brands but at a fraction of the cost. The company listens to their customers (I receive periodic emails asking about upcoming new product launches), they offer great sales a few times a month, and the company gives back to the community (they offer a way that Insiders can give a portion of their purchase amount to a charity/foundation of their choice). They even host pop-up events in different cities that serve as both advertising and cute Instagram worthy photo-ops if you’re a fan of their products. Needless to say I’m a Coach fangirl and I love this location to stalk my latest purchases.

Everything I visit the Outlet in Leeds I have a great experience. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. I don’t feel pressured to buy and the have great sales especially during the holiday season.

I was helped like 4 times on the phone by Aislynn and i am so sorry to annoy her so much but she helped me in the best way possible and was so nice and patient. Bianca also was sweet and today another amazing young lady Gabby even sent me a picture of what I ordered so i could make sure it was right. Your staff is really above par.

I entered the store and was not greeted or helped by a worker and after I go to the counter to check out the lady clearly knows I speak fluent English but talks to me as if I can’t and treated me very rudely, this damage my experience at this store.
