I absolutely love this store. The staff are super friendly and so helpful with any and all questions. Great prices on pillows, sheets, and mattresses. I will continue to shop here as long as I live in Blount County.

Lance, Tena, and Sawyer were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Got my Helix with adjustable frame delivered last week and, and the delivery guys were in and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend Alabama Beds in Oneonta Alabama for any of your bedding needs.

My experience with Alabama Beds Trussville was completely unstressful - until it wasn’t. The woman I dealt with seemed great but in the end was not. After substantial purchase, I was never given a receipt. Multiple calls about delivery went unanswered. Finally delivery day with nice guy but then he left without taking old bedding -which was promised to me. Called back within minutes and they said they’d send someone. Multiple calls and 3 weeks later, they sent 2 nice kids to pick up the soaking wet mattress that had been on porch since delivery day. I was never given a receipt, didn’t sign for delivery, and then noticed no labels on this expensive mattress. Finally called manufacturer in NY & they asked me to provide them with serial number to actually confirm that I had been given the mattress I bought. It was ..but what happened to the identifying labels, paperwork , receipt, etc? Once I called the woman I dealt with and she pretended to be someone else! She told me she was at their other location in Oneonta but when I called there they said she wasn’t there and wasn’t expected. On a side note, I actually was going to buy from that (Oneonta)office instead of Trussville but was quoted couple thousand more for exact same product than Trussville- never an explanation for that! I requested receipt and purchase paperwork from another employee and he assured me he’d email it but never did. Now I see that location has closed permanently and I can see why. Wow, was worst experience on such a large purchase I’ve ever made! I only went there because they were only AL dealer for the the mattress brand I researched and decided to buy. Such an unfortunate way to be treated when I called knowing exactly what I was looking to buy and bought immediately over the phone ; they didn’t have to bother with trying to “sell” me anything. I’ve told Everyone I encounter what happened to me & will continue to do so. What a circus!

Awesome experience! I bought a bed for my youngest son and was very impressed with the entire experience! Not sure why some reviews claim the mattress smells or are stained because our mattress was brand new still in the plastic. Everyone was super nice and professional. The delivery guy Sawyer was the best and went above and beyond.We will definitely go there for our next mattress.

I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from Alabama Beds. Josh Anderson went out of his way to make sure I got the perfect mattress I needed. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I highly recommend this business. I love when I can shop local. Also Alabama Beds supports a non profit business that builds and delivers beds to kids in our own community that doesn't have a bed. You won't be disappointed shopping here for all your mattress needs.
