I had to have a motor mount fixed. Unexpected costs came up. They worked with me and were very polite and courteous. I have never had a bad experience with the service department. The guys do a good job and honor what they say. The kindness, honesty, and courtesy go a long way.

What a refreshing dealership. We saw the truck on Facebook marketplace and called the dealership. Spoke to Doug. The truck was a good price so I expected the usual 5k in add-ons plus tax, tag, title, doc stamps. Wasn't the case at all. $250 and we pay our state tax and title. That made a great deal and the truck was even better than described. Terry and Doug were awesome to deal with and Terry is horse people so that says volumes to me. They'll always be our go to dealership in the future. Thanks to the whole staff

This was the best new car purchase experience I ever had! I was able to negotiate the price and trade beforehand. All I had to do was test drive and sign the papers. There was no foolishness or attempts to add on extra fees. David was friendly, attentive and not at all pushy or rude, like I experienced at other dealerships. It was so pleasant that it made the hour I had to drive to get there worth it. If my next car is a Chevy, I’ll be going back!

Absolutely ridiculous that two weeks after buying a used truck that not only did the oil need changed, there was literally nothing on the dipstick. Nothing leaking or anything like that, just pure negligence on the dealership to even put something on the lot, let alone selling it without even bothering to check the oil. Thankfully we are covered bumper to bumper for awhile!! According to even the sticker in the window it was almost a thousand miles past due. As well the date was two months past like hmmm, makes you wonder if vehicles are even inspected.

Service on 9 April 2025. Most of the time the service is great. This time after finished I got in my truck and the oil remaining life was still at 10% even though it was shown as reset on the inspection. It puts into question what else was checked off as being done but was not. Hopefully they did change the oil. I told the service advisor and he said they did but this incident puts the whole service in question and their credibility

Had service done on my 2020 Chevy 3500 truck on 18 Jul 2023 as always had Great service . Kevin and the techs always do a great job definitely appreciate Terry Slighs great service and professionalism. Definitely recommend

I am so pleased with my experience and vehicle selection at Terry Sligh. I recommend you talking with these folks before making any decisions. We have been to several dealerships and spent several hours online (that's being on the low side at least) I believe God led us here for a reason because the process was so easy, as it should be!
