I have used the Eye Shop sense they opened . From general eye exams to help picking out glasses for your particular use . Excellent service after the sale . Friendly knowledgeable staff .

Dr. Fox epitomizes what I look for in a doctor. Kind, considerate, professional, expertise, outstanding morals are just a few words to describe her. I just completed a journey with cataracts in both eyes. She directed me to the surgeon, evaluated/monitored my progress. I saw her yesterday and she prescribed me with contacts. I tried them out this a.m. and this is the BEST I can't remember when my vision was this clear. Thank you Dr. Fox, you're the best!

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. The office staff is rude and the office manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have encountered in over 11 years working in the medical field myself. I will take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know to do the same. Whoever owns this establishment needs to really think prior to hiring such unprofessional employees. As a current office manager myself of a nephrology practice, my physician would not only be mortified if I spoke to a new or established patient the way I was spoken to today in this office but I also would not have a job. I also worked for a hospital prior and they would have fired me on the spot. I’m thankful my time and money was not wasted here. I would suggest to anyone that is thinking of becoming a patient here to consider one of the other ophthalmology practices in Oneonta.

After 2 trips to the ER because I scratched my cornea, I had a follow up visit at The Eye Shop, my first ever eye doctor. She was a miracle for me because she ran multiple test and came to realize that the reason my eye wasnt healing was because I was allergic to the eye drops that the ER gave me. She prescribed me new drops and after one day my eye was healed. I will forever be thankful to her. The entire staff is awesome! Will be taking my whole family for all their vision needs!

Our experience was horrible and we have had kids in glasses for over 20 years. Watch your money. Billing and Ordering are quite deceptive. Go elsewhere else to save a lot of headache.
