Worst experience ever DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Bought a van from here 4 months ago engine light came on a month after. Now having transmission issues going to have to surrender the vehicle because I’m not paying thousands to fix it on top of the thousands to pay it off. Do not get a car from here unless you wanna be car less within the first 6 months and in debt on something that doesn’t even safely drive!!!

I went to buy my son his 1st truck, was racially profiled by REX. Rex was rude unprofessional. The guy made a comment about why I have 4 cars in my name . If it wasn’t for my son I would’ve gave Rex my 2 sense

Purchased a 07 Chevrolet Colorado from them about 6 years ago, traded it back into them after a year into a 08 high milage Chevrolet Silverado and 5 years later it's still running strong without any major mechanical issues. Good place to buy a used truck but prices are a little high for the mileage.

Every business regardless of enterprise should follow Thompson Motor’s model. This was the most seamless experience I’ve had buying a car new or used. Rex is an outstanding salesman with customer demand at heart. Got the truck I needed at a great price and recommend these guys to anyone. Check them out if you need wheels.

My sister went there to just see where she would need to be to be able to purchase a vehicle. A man named Rex was the one she spoke with. She told him what she was interested in and he asked her if she had ever financed before, she told him no but you have to start somewhere right? He rudely told her no you don't start out with a 30,000$ truck. He didn't know her financial status. And could have done a better job at guiding her instead of making her feel like she wasnt worthy of a decent truck.

I'm a new car buyer and they treated me wonderfully. I showed up not exactly sure what I was doing or wanting, and a wonderful gentleman named Philip assisted me greatly. I was walked through the entire process and they found me something that fit me perfectly. From start to finish I felt as if they were there for me. I couldn't recommend this place more.
