Glad to see a business stand behind their word and using parking fee to improve their parking lot as they have stated since under new management. While it is understandable that some folk disagree with paid parking the revenue for the impoverments had to be brought in from somewhere. However nobody can say they have not made any attempt to make improvements.

This used to be a great little place to stop. Now, with these so called new owners, not so much. It's obvious that we have here, another jackwagon just looking to make that almighty dollar by ripping off the AMERICAN truck driver. Staff at the restaurant was amazing, however food quality has really taken a dive. $25 for a $3 steak that was tough as hell even with a perfect med-rare cook. I understand having SOME pay to park spots, as it used to be, but the whole lot is now paid? With holes big enough to sink a steer tire in? Don't give me that BS about maintenance. There isn't any. I once bragged about the quality and service of this place. Now I'll warn everyone to steer clear if possible.
I will not be back.

Never coming back here! I just finished a basketball game and I was pretty hungry. me and my parent ordered, finally, after about a 20 minute wait, shrimp dinner and a chicken strip plate. after ANOTHER 20 minutes, they finally made my parent's salad then said they were out of shrimp. there weren't a lot of people there, so I don't understand what took them so long to figure out they had no shrimp. after I FINALLY got my chicken strips and fries, I took a bite of my chicken strip. it tasted and had the texture of fish rather than chicken. j was concerned since the inside was pretty pink and way too undercooked to be edible. the fries were alright, kinda soggy, not too surprised after a few centuries of waiting. at least they gave us a discount because they took about an hour to completely make the meals. never ever in my life am I ever going back here. also, I'm giving my honest review. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GARBAGE FOOD.

The food and atmosphere was top notch . Brandee was very kind and was a great server keep up the great job 👍 . Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling this way. Going to make it one of my stops each time u come through

The $10 dollar parking fee saved me the trouble of walking into the store and buying $30 dollars worth of stuff. Spend it wisely, that’s the last cent you’ll ever get from me. 25 year patron that knows better now.

I Spend alot of money with this truckstop for parking and I seem to come back to my truck with nails in my tires . Nails in positions where the tire can’t be patched. Definitely done on purpose by somebody. Don’t know if it’s an employee , somebody thats walking the parking lot or another driver. I shouldn’t have to worry about my truck being illegally vandalized when I’m spending money thinking this is a safe space .

This place is under new ownership. I miss the old JJ’s and don’t like most of (if not all) of the changes being made by the new owners. Their menu is getting pretty bad and the way they are charging is weird and inconsistent. Their hours are inconsistent and unreliable too. I used to like to come here (just to come here) for the food and atmosphere, but now I will only come here when I need to meet up with someone because it’s between Benton and Malvern. They need to change the name to R & M Cafe now because JJ’s is essentially dead.
