They have a great selection of clothes in all price ranges. It's not difficult to find or create an outfit on a budget. I have a toddler, so I frequently visit to find cute pieces to wear for holiday festivities, as well as clothes for everyday wear.

I was unaware that the Monroeville AL outlet was closing. I had given money to the cashier, and we were having a conversation while she was ringing up the sale. Before the cash drawer was closed, I asked if the jeans could be returned if they didn't fit. The cashier said, "No returns." I said I wasn't interested in getting them then. She then closed the cash drawer and tried to give me the change and receipt. I said, "I'm not interested in the receipt. I would like my money back. You can keep the jeans." The manager or supervisor came up. I explained the above, and she said try them on here, and if they don't fit, get another pair." I asked, "What if I find a pair that were cheaper? Will you refund the difference?" She said, "No. You're not getting any money back." I stated that it would be helpful if they had a sign saying, "No returns." She said, "There is a sign at the entrance you came in." I took the jeans, change, and receipt and walked to the front entrance. There were no signs on the doors. I walked back in and said, "There are no signs." She pointed to a sign about 20 feet from the door. It was standing behind a COVID-related sign about 5 feet in front of it. The were aligned so that when I walked into the entrance, it could not be seen. When I turned right toward the section I was interested in, the sign was behind my back, so I never saw it. There were no signs at the checkout desk.

My mother was pregnant with me while she worked at Vanity Fair, so VF and I have a long history together. I have always enjoyed shopping at the outlet since it opened, until today. The staff with whom I spoke were very rude. I, perhaps mistakenly, thought that a sale was not final until the cash drawer was closed.

Please respond, so perhaps, I can understand what happened to the customer service I have enjoyed in the past.

Staff was very helpful. Set down my phone and wallet. Everyone was very helpful finding them. The prices are great! I went in for a bra, turned into shoes and clothes as well, for great prices ?

Monroeville AL last remaining outlet! It's a must visit for this small county town. This area used to be surrounded by Vanity Fair factories, which have all moved to other countries. They have everything for men, women and kids at a discounted prices. We go here for under garments: crew T-shirts, underwear, socks & bras. They sale clothes that are made by Vanity Fair factories like Lee's, Derek Hart, Maidenform etc. They also sell shoes, household accessories and odds & ends products (cell phone accessories). Good place to stock up on clothing essentials.
