Candace and Brandon were amazing! We switched over from tmobile and had to wait an hour to get the transfer pins… which was tmobiles fault. They were patient and kind. They provided amazing service and gave me the best deals for switching to Verizon. I am so happy to have better service again. If you want amazing customer service go to this store instead of the big chain in Conway.

Callie (I believe is her name) is rude! Called inquiring about switching to Verizon and I believe we were both missing what the other was saying. When I went to end the conversation I genuinely thanked her for the help and she hung up on me. I called back telling her she’s not helping herself by treating others badly and she raised her voice saying that I was sarcastic when genuinely thankful for the information. I told her I would be coming to that store and I won’t recommend anyone else to either. The store manager needs to do some educating these young people how to speak to adult customers. So my advice would be go to Conway, you won’t be treated terribly there.

Very disappointed. There was one staff me.ber present and she could not address the issue we had with the phone. Said she only sells phones. I would only go to this place if you were looking for something super simple. This place exemplifies what my "normal' experience is with Verizon. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time going back there.

I want to give a huge shout out to Brennan and Kathy at the verizon in Greenbrier, Arkansas for taking the time to help me and my mom get a number transferred. We were there for a hour and a half. They were so friendly and helpful that they most definetly deserve 5 stars. They never acted like we were bothering them or in there way. They actually were right there with us for when we needed help. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys so MUCH! Keep up the good work.
