I was a few hundred miles from home, headed to Norfork, Arkansas, when the driver’s information center in my pickup lit up with a warning that the battery wasn’t charging. Turned out the alternator had gone bad. I stopped in at the O’Reilly’s in Greenbrier, Arkansas, and they’re the ones who pointed me to Tim’s Garage. I showed up with the alternator in hand, and Tim was able to work me in quickly. He got me fixed up and back on the road without missing a beat. What could’ve been a frustrating delay ended up being a smooth experience thanks to Tim’s professionalism and willingness to help a traveler in a bind. I was back on the road—and later that day, on the White River catching trout. I appreciate good service, and I sure got it here.

Took my car here for repairs and got it back not properly repaired each time, despite spending thousands of dollars based on what they said. I ended up having to take my car somewhere else to have it properly fixed. Not a good experience at all here.

These guys are great. Everyone is super professional and hospitable. Plus they are dog lovers which is a bonus in my book. They did a lot of work on my truck I'm restoring. Full custom exhaust, replaced a manifold, suspension and lowering kit. They have always addressed my concerns. Definitely give these guys a try.

CAUSED IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO ENGINE Garage has done a great job in the past. Many of my friends have gone there. However, the quality of the work at the shop has suffered as Tim is not as hands on as he once was. I brought a bolt on catalytic converter and one of his mechanics cut the flange off for no good reason and did a HALF weld (pictures available) to the old flange. Now it is worse than when I brought it in .... it is badly leaking exhaust and engine fault lights are constantly going off (related to that catalytic converter). Worse, I have been trying to get a hold of Tim for a week and his staff is slow-playing / blocking me from talking with Tim (who is an honest stand up guy). I hope Tim calls me soon to resolve this (and builds his honest, quality-minded influence back into his shop). Until then, I am out $900 CASH and $250 for a new catalytic converter.

I recently had bought a set of tires from Max at Tim's Garage. I couldn't find them anywhere else because they were hard to get. Max got them, and had his team install them. I was very impressed with the service, the price, and they guys doing the work. I went back on the following Saturday and had them put a 40 series flowmaster on my truck run with dual exhaust out. Very reasonable on their price and the truck sounds amazing now! Very quality work. I would highly recommend them for your auto needs!

Last week my truck had a flat, they were gracious to put air in it for me temporarily. Today they were amazing at replacing my tire on the same truck. Quick service, friendly faces.

They also did the alignment on my van back in May, as well as making sure my tires were aired up and fixing a flat on my van. I used to be loyal to discount tire, but I find I can have all the same services, closer and support local business.

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation done here. I didn't have to set an appointment and was done in about 45 minutes. They were nice enough to take a look at the exhaust system for leaks which is very appreciated! Nice waiting area inside with free bottled water.
