This vehicle here was a 18 model Ford ,took it to two Ford stores.
They were clueless
took it here to these guys.
They fixed it the same day very good place for business will take my vehicle there many times again. Thanks, Greenbrier auto repair

Bad Business!!! Don't even deserve 1 star but Google made me give 1 before I was able to warn you to AVOID THIS SHOP!!! Liars and crooks!!
I contacted this business on 02/10/2023 via telephone and asked for an estimate on repairing the wiring on my 95 Honda Passport. I explained fully what led to the problem in detail and was told that for $80.00 they would diagnose the problem, and that they would pay for the tow fee and simply add it to the repair bill. So, I agreed to let them tow it based on their verbal contract to provide the services quoted to me, and the verbal agreement made that this business would be chosen to repair the issue after diagnosing the problem.

The vehicle was towed on 02/10/2023 to their location and sat over the weekend. Monday morning at around 8:20 am.... twenty minutes after opening...I received a call from the same guy I originally spoke to the first time and was told that "the wiring harness was a mess". I asked which harness and he told me he didn't know. Basically they didn't even attempt to diagnose it and didn't want to work on it. I reminded him about the agreement we had made and he still refused to even replace the harness, which is a reasonable request from a consumer to a auto repair shop advertising that they fix cars. I told him he was lazy and I didn't appreciate being lied to and charged an unnecessary fee of $130 when they didn't even do what they agreed to do as far as the diagnostic procedure. The guy got angry and hung up on me, telling me I owed $130 and that my vehicle was stuck there at their shop until I paid it.

This business agreed to diagnose the issue for $80 and agreed to have it towed there for $100. They agreed to give an estimate to repair it AFTER diagnosing the issue, and then agreed to repair it after I gave consent. I agreed to the same. However, all they done was have me waste time and unnecessarily give up my vehicle for them to hold for 3 days without even diagnosing it as agreed. Then they charged me for the tow despite not having fulfilled their obligations to me. And after this bad business, I fear that the shop is damaging the vehicle out of spite due to my informing the shop that I was making a complaint to the attorney general.

Had us drop our car off and never looked at it then said I would be better to take it somewhere else because they are not going to have time to look at it and were very unapologetic about it. I guess they werent even going to call and tell me either bc it was the next day at the end of the day when I called them to check on the car. Like what kind of business inconveniences people like this?!! I'm literally in shock!!

They’re really good at diagnosing, this is definitely one of the best shops out there and very fair on price💯

This shop has done decent work in the past but I just recently took my truck to them and not only was it not fixed because after speaking to them I instructed them not to do anything else, but the truck had more damage . It went there to get a u joint and came out with fluids coming from every where in the drive line. It is a later model one ton truck that I drive cross country daily and it is well maintained. To top it off when we went to go pick it up it had to be jumped off. Their response was "I guess we didn't shut the door good". Not happy . Will not ever use them again. Don't know what happened to them but it's not the same service I have had in the past.
