Batten's is definitely the local favorite place to go for breakfast and doughnuts. There is not a day that passes that the drive thru line isn't steadily helping customers all morning long. It's a clean and nice environment. Employees are polite and helpful. Highly recommend them.

We got fried pies and they were good. The outside of the pie is glazed. I wasn't a fan of that but my husband really liked it. Very Sweet
I had the chocolate gritty pie and it was delicious. Derek had a regular chocolate he liked. We split a peach and the filling was really good.

For the last month I have tried to go to Batens but I work a morning shift job so the days I get off at 11:30 I try to race over there and everytime they’re “SOLD OUT” or they close way before 12 every single time I just want good donuts anyone know a recommendation of places they don’t close before their store hours. Because at this point they need to change their hours or get make extra product. Very disappoint this keeps happening.

I have visited this bakery/breakfast spot several times and it rarely disappoints. They have plenty of varieties of different pastries and a full selection of breakfast items. They have a drive-thru if you want to get something to go as well as indoor space to eat onsite. If they're busy they can run out of certain items. Good place and I will be back in the future.

Truly the best donut shop in paragould. I would be 500lbs if I worked there. There's no greater feeling than waking up early to snow and braving the weather to eat a long john and watch snowfall out their window.

The best place for breakfast! I will die on the hill that no one can make better donuts than Battens. I love this place with my whole heart and have since I was a kid. It was a great day when you woke up and mom decided to go get battens donuts and chocolate milk.
