Where do I begin, I don’t think it’s totally their fault the bathrooms aren’t kept as much. People are disgusting these day, but they do need to maintain consistently for trash on the floor and unflushed toilets regularly. Employees always talking out loud and in their phones, I’m sure there is plenty of time on their hands to fix that. But what I will say is, if you ever see the lady in the kitchen with the short hair blonde! Don’t eat there! I’ve literally walked up and seen her picking off the pizzas she’s preparing and popping the toppings into her mouth! Who knows what else she does that no one can see. That’s so gross and unsanitary. They can also do away with those undercooked hot wings.

First time seeing this eagle, and thought it was nice and seen they had different products in there. The reason for the one star is the awful awful customer service. The two ladies that I assume is closing, was super rude to us for no reason, we was just looking around for snacks, and one lady said and I quote “what y’all about to do we need to close and y’all need to hurry up” it took me by surprise and I checked out and left and won’t come back. They also apparently don’t have a dress code, these ladies didn’t look like they would even work there, they looked like they was dressed up for the club. Love eagle but y’all need better employees.

Sometimes the individual pizzas are hard. Anytime you call after 7pm, they always say they're short staffed and not making any pizzas. When this store first opened, they were consistent with everything and as time has passed, they have slacked!

Zero stars the lady running the grill or whatever it is cursed me after i was looking at the pizzas and picking up one i liked better i had about $30 worth of items that i put back corporate will be called tomorrow morning DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

The facility is new and clean and there are many different options of items that are convenient to buy. Something that is very alarming is the staff not checking the expiration dates on their food inventory. There was mold on some of the packaged food.

I don’t know why I keep stopping here. The atmosphere is ok, at times, but the staff isn’t friendly or helpful. The guy/queen who worked today is so apathetic and lacks customer service. I’ll start going back across the street.

Would not sell daiquiri to me, because they don’t have “cups”. I was told they have to be white styrofoam cups. However the customer in front of me bought 2 daiquiris in regular cups. This is not the first time this has happened either. Not giving them another hard earned dollar!
