Thank Goodness we have a Vacuum Repair in Sherwood.
One of my belts broke & Rusty (owner) replaced it in just minutes. I had another problem & Rusty also fixed it while I waited.
I was so Impressed with his Workmanship!

I miss Bill, when it used to be Bills vacuum world. These people have zero customer service skills. I purchased a belt for the vacuum I purchased there a while back and asked for help putting it on and was told I'd have to leave my vacuum. It takes 3 minutes. I agree with last post... one star is too much.

Had been buying here for years. Last May stopped for bags for a new upright Kirby vacuum. Clerk said "These are what you need". Kirby package does not display or allow seeing how the bag is attached (negative for Kirby). Recently opened the bag to find the bags were not compatible with the vacuum. When taken back to Rick's the clerk told me that "Rick does not allow returning bags that had been opened because he expects people to know what they are buying". I could understand a restocking fee, but to be shown the door...1 star for Rick's is too high.

Took my vacuum just a change the cord on it the next day he messages me and tells me it's ready and that the price is $45.99 because he had to change the belt and the brush roller on it that's not what I asked for and the belt in the brush roller worked just fine before I took it up there the vacuum cleaner itself didn't even cost that much

I took my vacuum in and he charged me to clean it without fixing the machine he said nothing was wrong even though it was hard to push. I took to another place and they replace the bar and it worked like new !! this guy doesnt know what he is doing

Absolutely the worst horrible customer service. When I questioned the price of an item today, I was told to take my vacuum and leave. I found the part of $45.99 online and they wanted to charge me $140.00. Needless to say I did not pay the bench fee and will never do business there again! Wish I could give a -1 rating!
