Have been using Sherwood Tire Pros for years. Wayne did a perfect job installing & balancing the set I had installed November 2024. No vibration at any speed (up to 125 so far).

Cost was reasonable, installation was done quickly, and they’re always professional.

I have been dealing with the Tire Pros for 30years
Today I was told they would not patch my tire with a visible screw because it was 9 years old?
I had it repaired someplace else. And will rethink revisiting.

I have been needing new tires for quite a while. I honestly don't think my truck has ever had new tires put on it. At about the same time, I was in need of an oil change. Normally, I do my own work on my vehicles, but I figured I could kill a couple of birds with one stone by letting Sherwood Tire Pros handle it for me.
Happy is a friend I have known for a long time, and I always recommend anyone in the area to stop by and see him and the rest of the guys at tire pros when they need new tires.
I got to the shop about an hour after they opened, and asked Happy for the best tires he could give me for my driving purposes. He recommended the top of the line tire for me.
They hooked me up with 4 new tires, an oil change, and an alignment.
They were fast and the the price was very reasonable.
I will continue to recommend anyone and everyone to the Sherwood Tire Pros when they are in need of a new set of tires.

The BEST customer service. Very knowledgeable and willing to help out with any troubles. I got my 2014 Ram Ecodiesel leveled and wheels spaced. Looks awesome!

Extremely poor customer service via a phone call. A customer should never be told ‘I’m helping other people in the store’. At minimum this is a coaching opportunity for the employee. Since they were too busy for me, went to competitor that seemed pleased to provide a good experience.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

The gentleman Happy lied to me about the 35,000 miles tires that "Weren't rotated properly". Then proceeded to say it was "Air Pressure" after lifting the car back up on the lift and me showing him the inter separation of the rear tires. We also paid for the protection plan when we purchased the tires. That was a waste of money.
The real reason was the last two tires we purchase was from someone else and Happy didn't like that.
I would never recommend anyone to use this place or their fraudulent protection plan.
