I randomly stood outside today, waiting on a pizza next door.. Never went inside never purchased anything but the lady organizing the rack outside offerd us creative banter and good hospitality. That alone is worth 4 star's. ?

High Cotton is one of my favorite boutiques to shop!! Christy and her staff are always pleasant and make shopping here fun too! Just wish I could get by more often as she has some really cute fun clothes.

Stopped by one day and loved this store but was in a hurry and couldn’t shop. I came back a week later and of course the window displays had changed. With help from the owner, I purchased a top, in a small, against my better judgement. She assured me it would be fine and I could return if not happy. I also purchased the necklace paired with the top for a special college visit with my son. Once I tried the top on, I knew I should’ve gone with my gut and gotten the larger size, but it was unavailable. I tried returning the outfit 48 hours later and was told I could only return the top. I purchased the necklace to go with the top and at $40 dollars, it was a splurge. I left so disappointed. I wanted to love this shop but I won’t be back. I give 2 stars because the clothes are cute and stylish but the availability of sizes, customer service, and communication are lacking.

They have a way of making you feel welcome in the store and are attentive to any need you may have. They’ve even helped my husband on several occasions with gifts for me!

This shop has the cutest clothes, accessories, and gifts! The owner, Christy Mock, is so friendly, attentive, and has fabulous taste! I constantly shop at this store and love using the app, since I don’t live that close to the store. One of my all time favorite stores!!

I debated on what to review this just because I’ve been here before and the staff just didn’t seem too apt to help, but I left empty handed even though I loved y’all’s stuff. So the only reason I’m giving this five stars is because last week I went in again and the staff member working, Caylie, was just so inviting and helpful. Honestly I bought way more than I intended to just because she had such a keen eye for what I was looking for!
