I went in here looking for sandpaper and after asking someone to help me, the guy made me feel like if I don’t work on a construction site I didn’t belong there. He was rude and short and not helpful at all! I looked up item online before I went into this store, and even though the item Al said in stock, He said they didn’t have it. I went to Ace Hardware and got way better service.
The guy at Harbor Freight was not nice or helpful.

I love harbor freight! The tools are actually really good quality. You don't have to pay for a brand name. I've had their brand drill bits out work Dewalt. I will always come to them first to find what I need. I bought a flux welder on sale so I can practice welding. And, if you're a member, you get even better offers and discounts.

Excellent customer service. Good selection of products.. You have to filter out the lesser quality stuff, but for some things it's great.

The staff was helpful and friendly I wish I could remember my cashier's name but she was very friendly and of all my visits the woman who I believe is the store manager is always a great help. Missing a star due to the store not having a few things in stock that I needed. Overall a good experience. I will check the other store in Birmingham for my missing items and to post a review. The pictures attached are a few of the products I bought and plan to use for work and a long term review of Harbor Freight products.
