Went to get a key made this morning and the lady (Penny) at the key machine was sitting down until I walked up then before I could say a word grabbed a box and walked off while saying "you're just gonna have to wait. Monday freaking morning. " then after waiting for her to return she was a complete and total vulgar rude attendant during the remainder of my two keys being made......I'll never deal with her again.

Parking is very convenient unlike the I-65 location. Garden center is always well stocked, and overall staff are very helpful. Customer service/returns/pickups area is always a madhouse though. Expect a long wait, and hope to be surprised.

Excellent help. Went and found the stuff that I needed to do a split in my shower to have a shower head and a handheld. Um, I appreciate the help. They were friendly. They helped me find a stainless steel trash can for my apartment. They help me with a microwave that I bought that was the Samsung. They went above and beyond and I am. Very happy to go back there. They are excellent people and an excellent store. Thank you, Lowes

Horrible service. No one here is willing to help or find someone who can. I have been waiting on a propane swap that I have already paid for. I’ve spoken to 5 different people who all say they don’t have a key and they can’t help me. They finally just told me that they need to refund me and don’t know where the person is with the key to the propane. Huge waste of time. I am a pro member to that does a lot of business with this store. Most likely switching back to Home Depot

I check out of Lowe’s On 7/31/24 at 1:01pm. This was one of the worse experiences I had at Lowe’s. I entered the store trying to find an item as I seen an employee he had a camo vest on I stated to him, “I know you probably don’t work the department but if you can try helping me by pointing me in the direction to find this item” The guy just stood and looked at me for about 5 seconds with no respond. I waiting because I found it odd but me being the nice person I am I thought he was non verbal, I immediately said don’t worry it. As I walked away he said maam what do you need, after I just explained everything to him. I’m not sure if this guy was having a bad day or just didn’t want to help ME. All types of things started to run through my mind because I am a manager where I work at and I would never want my employees to stand and stare someone in their eyes if they ask for help. I would train them if they can’t help the customer get them to someone that can help them. So I proceeded to the back of the store where there was two employees and I asked them the same thing and the guy, I wish I knew his name he was so nice and told me exactly where to go and I was in and out and no time. Whomever this guy is, he shouldn’t be on the floor assisting customers if he is this way. I was very disappointed with this visit.

Lumber was a mess we couldn't get what we wanted because they said it's on a top shelf then they wouldn't cut it, drove to home Depot in mobile and got it simple off bottom shelf and cut, in and out in 10 minutes... exactly the same thing they wouldn't cut!

My husband and I have a large development in South Mobile County and the Tillmans Corner Lowe's is our go to location for all our construction needs. Quavardis, the ASM at this location truly goes above and beyond every single time were in. One thing that everyone around him notices, is that he greets EVERYONE at the door, compliments those who walk by him and is sure to have everyone taken care of in a timely manner.

We had placed a LARGE order a few weeks ago, where we needed a specific item to complete a job. Q then drove to the Daphne location, retrieved the item (since it wasn't in stock at Tillmans Corner) and delivered it on site. If that isn't above and beyond, I don't know what is.
