I work for an attorney in Pensacola, she ask me to order an arrangement for her 7 days ago to be delivered on Monday, Labor Day to Magnolia Cemetery, I spoke with Cherrie she told me she would delivery it herself. I ask her if she would send me a picture of the arrangement she said yes! I did not get one , I called Tuesday her sister answered I asked why I didn't receive a picture she said Cherrie FORGOT, Really!!! Is this how you run your businessI asked if the arrangement was delivered, was told it was, I told her my employer is asking for a receipt to be emailed and have not received one yet, Now I cannot get in contact with them, I have been calling them everyday several times a day now I keep getting the answer machine no one will return my call now! Im wondering if my order ever made it to the cemetery, once again I cannot believe that this is how they run their business!
Please be aware if you are thinking on using them. Now I'm wondering if they charged me for something that I can not be sure was really ever sent and can't even get a receipt or picture emailed to me.
