Utqiagvik has high prices all over the city, we are just special people!! I love shopping at all the stores I'm used to the price if I need the item it will be bought no matter the price. If you don't want to buy the item because it's to much then don't... if you can't afford the item and it's damaged ask for a percentage off James the owner is good with all people no matter your race! James is a native of Utqiagvik born and raised by Inupiaq grandparents, has a lot of respect for for our people and loves the store not just Filipinos work there I've seen a young native girl working and a native man cleaning. The store is very convenient for a quick bite to eat and get snacks.

They block emergency exits and favor Philippino people over native Alaskans for work. Dont shop here unless you want to run the risk of dying in a fire due to blocked emergency exits and equipment.
