I have been shopping here since my oldest son was a baby and have always had nothing but great experiences. They always have had a lot of clothes in both of my children's sizes and the staff is always so helpful. Sometimes when they make a post on social media of certain items, I will call the store to leave my name and number so it can be picked up.by my husband on his way home. 10/10 all around and always recommend to my new mom friends!!

Absolutely obsessed with this OUAC location! The staff is friendly, the clothing and shoes options are plentiful, and the books and toys are in great condition! I buy most of my daughter’s clothes from this location and always get so many compliments on how cute her outfits are! We will continue to shop here as my daughter grows!

Yesterday, I visited this location for the first time and was informed that the wait time was four hours. I had the option of waiting in my car, inside the store, or returning tomorrow to collect my belongings.
Today, I returned to retrieve my items and inquire about any purchases made from the bags I had dropped off. I was approached by a woman named Anna, who informed me that the store had purchased $37 worth of items from the bags but had converted it into store credit due to my failure to return yesterday to claim it. She also disclosed that the store credit would expire within a year.
I expressed my surprise at this policy and informed her that I was unaware of it. If I had been informed of this policy beforehand, I would have remained with the items and returned another day with the necessary time to wait. However, Anna refused to make any exceptions or demonstrate any understanding.
She continued to assert that her staff had informed every customer of this policy, despite my repeated explanations that I had not been informed. Anna even referred to me as a “lair” after I had mentioned that I would have never left the items because I do not frequent the store and only make drop-offs occasionally.
After a lengthy exchange, Anna proceeded to contact the store manager, repeating the same false claim that I had been notified of the policy by her staff. When I spoke to the owner, she provided me with the money but informed me that she did not have the remaining items that were not purchased because they had been donated yesterday evening.
This is highly concerning, as it is essential to clarify such matters to customers when they make drop-offs. Not only did Anna refuse to refund me the money, but she also failed to provide me with the remaining items. There is no way to ascertain whether the items were donated or if they were simply taken and sold in the store.

In my opinion, this was one of the most deceptive and shady transactions I have ever experienced. Anna’s repeated insults and actions, including implying of me being a “lair” to my face and even while speaking to the store owner, were unacceptable. I am compelled to write a review to warn others about this establishment and prevent them from falling victim to similar exploitation.

This store has been my “go to” place whenever my grandchildren (4) needed anything. In addition, as an infant therapist, I have purchased items for these babies as well. I have also sold items quickly and with no complaints. The staff have always been kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Thank you to all of them.

I absolutely love this store. I went last week looking for a train table and as I’m going to check out I find it on top of the shelves, every lady working there helped get the table down and put it in my car. What a great staff!

My friend introduced this huge store to me today! With gently used kids items, new items many with original tags, it's a fun place to browse & who knows what treasures you'll find. Friendly, helpful staff too.

My family and I love OUAC because of the wonderful staff, deals and rewards. The deals and rewards are outstanding and are always so worth it. The clothes, shoes, and accessories are affordable, even the name brands like Nike and champion are very affordable and still in really good condition. Every time I sell to OUAC they are always fair and reasonable with their prices. The staff are absolutely incredible. From the first day I came into the old store it felt like walking into a family. We have followed them to the new store and could not be any happier with the outcome of the new store. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, supportive, and helpful. My daughter is best friends with one of the staff members and she always gets a snack from the “special snack drawer” every time we are there and she’s working. The owner is an absolute pleasure to be around and a true legend. He is so nice and always very funny. I love Once Upon A Child - Randolph, NJ and we will continue to come and support them
