Lady at guard shack was nice and pleasant. Should have been first clue. From first call to leaving the dock was 81/2 hours. Will not be back. Let all the cheap freight haulers deal with this.

Very rude on door 37,38.
First they skip me to load shalom transpiration once he walked in. When I asked why. They said here we, then load me with wrong load. And nail it. Then I went back to ask to fix the load. I asked them to take nails off or let me take the nail off. So they don’t damage my trailer. They refused and one guy told me you shouldn’t come to take a load from here again like if I was the one who put wrong product in trailer. This process took from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.

We arrived at 10:00am and did not get loaded until 5:30pm. The porta potty provided for drivers in staging area was packed full of feces. Seat cover was covered in feces also. After waiting 3 hours guard said it would be 1 hour and a half additional wait. My wife asked if she could go get coffee. Then they proceeded to send a text to my phone while I was sleeping. Did not call my wifes phone as she was the one waiting. They knew her number because she had called a few times to check on status. When we realized that they had contacted us we went to guard shack. She had given our spot to another driver within the 7 min wait for our response..

Betsy from guard shack I apologize if my communication about the unusable conditions of the Porta potty and checking in on our load status upset you. If you had communicated about the machinery being brokedown I would have contacted my boss to see if he could find us a different load.
You did not disclose anything about the broken equipment until my last call to you at 2:42pm. You stated it would be at least another hour and a half. I then told you I hadn't ate and needed some coffee. I asked if I had time to go get some coffee and come back (you said yes). Then you proceeded to send a text to my sleeping husband's phone (neither phone shows a call from you by the way) telling him to come to guard shack. Within 7 min of being notified, you gave our spot to another driver.. I understand you had a stressful day yesterday and for that I apologize. Kindness goes so much further. I do appreciate you allowing me to use guard restroom. If I came off inpatient or rude I apologize. I too had a bad day yesterday. I hit a dog that someone let roam free on the highway. I am a caring person so this broke my heart. You never know what someone else is going through. The funny thing is when I called to talk to you (Betsy) this morning I was calling to apologize for any of my actions that may have came off brassy. Then you talked down too me and snapped. Nastiness only spreads hate. Have a blessed day.

The man at the loading dock was annoying. They loaded it quickly, but waited 1.5 hours for the documents.
