Bought this car scent diffuser on 7/8/23. Today is 7/17/23 and it stopped working probably 3-4 days after I got it. Not worth the money.

Roxanne was phenomenal from the moment I entered the store. Greeting politely, asking if I needed any assistance and helping me understand the sales and also provided suggestions based on my preferred scents. Naya and another young lady were very friendly in helping me select gifts and even offered to wrap them for me. I purchased so many candles, they made sure the bags could handle the weight and thanked me as well. They all deserve to be recognized for a job well done in these days where customer service can be lacking!

Have been here twice now and have had a wonderful experience both times. Both times Darrien and Kylie helped me. I was warmly greeted and they were there to help, but did not hover. They were wonderful at suggesting similar scents that I might like, or pairings that would go well. I will absolutely be back.

My friend and I went into the store and weren’t even greeted with a “hello” by either of the two employees were there and there were no other customers in the store. I was looking for a specific scent and nobody ever asked if we needed help. Horrible customer service.
