Tracy is the VERY BEST in the business. She is professional, kind, flexible, and always has a positive attitude. She visited our flip house before renovations were completed to get an idea of what kind of space she could create for the small spaces. When we arrived after seeing what she had accomplished, we are truly amazed. She went above and beyond for us in every way! Tracy has a talent like no other. She can turn any space into something sincerely beautiful and inviting. I guarantee our house would have never sold for listing price on day one had it not been for her. I will be forever grateful for everything Tracy accomplished at our little flip house. She and her team are worth more than I could ever express! Thank you, Tracy! I hope to hire you again someday!

While they did have some unique, quality pieces we found the prices to be extremely high for a shop categorized as a thrift store.
A few items were even priced above what they could be purchased for brand new.
Everything was beautifully staged but I don't necessarily think that transfers to a higher asking price.

This was my first time here. It was very clean and organized. The owner was very kind and friendly. They had lots of great stuff to choose from. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this nice little shop.

This is a really nice place to shop! There are many wonderful items, and good bargains to be had. My wife and I had been discussing the idea of a drop- leaf dinner table of a certain design (that we had not found anywhere). We drove by the SOS store, and wondered, "What was that place?" We turned around, went in and browsed, and there was the exact table we had described! It was a great price, but then we realized that with their color code system, it was an additional 20% off. We grabbed it on the spot!

The sales team at SOS Home is always extremely helpful. I recently went into the store looking for a new couch and the owner took time to show me around the store and gave me a number of options. When I was unsure of the size/color fitting into my space she set me up with their design consultant. Talk about a one stop shop!

Our experience using this company for an estate sale has been extremely disappointing. We were told and signed a contract that stated that items that do not sell will be removed from the floor and donated. Not all items were removed and donated. They were still being advertised on social media. After contacting the owner I was hoping for reassurance that “items that were missed” would be donated. Unfortunately, accountability was not taken and over 7 months after the sale has concluded, items are still being advertised for sale. It’s very disappointing and our trust has been destroyed. It’s tough having an estate sale containing your parent’s items let alone continuing to see their art, clothing, etc… being posted on social media for sale. These are not old photos used for marketing purposes. Again, after contacting the owner directly, accountability was not taken and inventory wasn’t dealt with as the contract stated. Hopefully in the future improvements will be made and contract verbiage will be changed so that others do not experience this.
