Came in for a kitchen design and Sandra was amazing and super helpful! She’s very knowledgeable and took her time designing and explaining everything to me. The design came out perfect and I couldn’t be happier! I definitely recommend coming in to see Sandra for your next design.

We’re so happy with our experience! After going back and forth with three other places that either didn’t explain things well or didn’t have the colors we liked, we finally found this place—and we’re so glad we did. Henry was amazing! He took the time to walk us through everything and patiently answered all of our (many!) questions. Their selection of colors was exactly what we were looking for, and the best part is that even though we live in California, they were able to deliver everything to our rental property in Oregon. Couldn’t be more thrilled. Highly recommend—ask for Henry!

Spoke with Henry initially on the phone. Then went to the store to place my order with him. He was great. Especially, by taking extra steps to process my order with my preferred payment method. I'll definitely be going back to work with him again. Stratch that, upon further review, and after posting this review, I now go against what I previously stated. Henry was great during my purchase. But after posting this review, because I received an email to do so, I received a random call from the company, stating, my credit card company had canceled the purchase. Because of the purchase amount was too low. So the blame was placed on the credit card company. But in actuality, it was someone from this company who canceled the purchase. And after speaking with the credit card company, they had zero receipts or request to have my purchase canceled. That then proved to me, that someone from the cabinets to go was lying on why it was canceled. Then, I received an email from cabinets to go showing proof, cabinets had it canceled. I don't deal with liars and the nonsense that comes with it. So cabinets to go can keep their hardware I purchase but you guys can have this 1 star review from me.

Avoid Cabinets To Go and HausPro – A Disjointed Process That Has Ruined Our Holidays

Our experience with Cabinets To Go (CTG) and their third-party provider, HausPro, has been a nightmare. They took our money, broke promises, and left us to salvage a kitchen remodel that has caused tremendous stress during what should have been a joyful holiday season. Their failures have not only disrupted our remodel but also forced us to cancel Thanksgiving and Christmas family gatherings, with no accountability or meaningful effort to make things right.

A Failure to Deliver on Promises
We placed our order on November 6 with a clear commitment from CTG that the countertops would be installed before Thanksgiving. Instead, we’ve been left without countertops and with no recourse to fix the situation. The name “Cabinets To Go” suggests they manufacture their own products, but this is misleading; all manufacturing is outsourced to a third-party provider, HausPro. This lack of transparency set the stage for a chaotic, disjointed process.

Mismanagement and Lack of Solutions
Despite having weeks to address issues, CTG and HausPro have failed to meet deadlines or provide viable alternatives. Our originally selected quartz countertops—chosen months ago—were suddenly unavailable due to a backorder. Instead of offering a comparable solution at no additional cost, they demanded $2,000 more for a replacement, despite us already spending tens of thousands of dollars on this remodel.

Damaged Products and Delays
This incompetence began before the countertop fiasco. Many of the cabinets we received were damaged or broken upon delivery, requiring weeks for replacements. With their operations based out of state, every delay compounded the overall timeline. Their process is painfully slow, with no effective coordination to ensure customers receive quality products in a reasonable timeframe.

Poor Communication and Lack of a Point Person
One of the most glaring failures has been the lack of communication. While the East Coast regional manager has been helpful at times, his responses are often delayed by days, and we have no direct line of contact to address urgent issues. This has made resolving problems or receiving timely updates virtually impossible. Before we made our payment, CTG’s team was attentive and responsive. Once the payment was processed, their support vanished, leaving us without a consistent point of contact to manage this project.

Ruined Holidays and Disregard for Customers
The personal toll of CTG and HausPro’s mismanagement cannot be overstated. Their inability to deliver forced us to cancel Thanksgiving plans, and now, as Christmas approaches, we are still scrambling to find countertops. Family members who bought plane tickets to celebrate with us had to cancel, leaving us heartbroken and embarrassed. Instead of planning festive gatherings, we’ve been left to piece together a solution for their failures, with no support or concessions from these companies.

Unethical and Predatory Practices
CTG and HausPro’s refusal to honor their commitments and their demand for additional payment to correct their own mistakes is unethical and predatory. Their disregard for our trust, time, and money shows a blatant lack of professionalism and integrity.

Conclusion
Cabinets To Go and HausPro have turned what should have been an exciting renovation into a deeply frustrating and disappointing ordeal. The mismanagement, lack of communication, and refusal to take accountability reflect an organization that does not value its customers. If you are considering their services, I strongly urge you to reconsider. We expected reliability, professionalism, and quality, but instead, we were left with broken promises, financial strain, and ruined holidays.

I can’t say enough good things about how helpful Trent was in helping us choose the perfect kitchen cabinets for my mom. From the start, he was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what my mom needed in terms of both style and functionality. He guided us through all the options without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed, and his eye for design was spot on.

Hello, on April 12, I visited the store and asked for a cabinet with quarts counter top. They showed me three colors or options for quartz. I selected the one and asked several times if I was going to receive quartz. They mentioned a specific date and it came a week later. It came all damaged and no quartz at all. I emailed and waited for an answer and I was ignored for a week. I called every day for more than one week and they could not solve the problem. Then, they were going to replace the counter top for another of the same material no quartz and asked me to confirm the address like 3 times so they would deliver it. What was the point to confirm the address if they didn’t deliver it. They email and until June 2nd it was ready to be picked up. Customer service is awful. The worst place to order stuff.
