Probably the best beer selection of any store within a one mile radius. Good food and snack selection too. Reasonably priced. That gets 4 stars. What earns this place a fifth star is that they serve as the bank for the underbanked. That is to say, they cash a ton of paychecks for folks that don't speak a word of anything that I can understand. You don't cash a paycheck at a party store unless you can't cash it anywhere else. I applaud this local business for doing the right thing, and serving folks that are paid with a piece of paper that they can't do anything with.

Went in to buy a bottle of bourbon. Saw on the door they had the American Express sign, which I always look for, since not everyone takes it.

When I tried to pay for my bourbon with the card, the lady at the register acted like she was personally insulted, and told me they didn’t accept it. I pointed out the sign on the door, and she again demanded I pay another way.

At this point, the owner or manager told me they accepted American Express, but that they wouldn’t make any money on the transaction.

I told them it was the only card I had, and the lady at the register snorted at me and took the card, ran my transaction, but acted like I had spit on the counter.

Will not go back.

Change your hours online or stay open. I call around 11 to make sure you'll be open when I drive by and you never answer and when I get there around 11:20 you're closed. Google says open until midnight. Like I said change it or stick by it. I don't have much to say about your business since I've only made it in two times.
Edit: I've avoided this place for this reason for two months now. Decided to try again because it's convienient for me and arrived at 11:16 while Google still says open until midnight. It's not hard at all to change your hours on Google.

I'm a regular customer at this place or at least I was until today. Stopped in there in the morning to grab a pop or a pack of smokes. Today I needed to get change just send my daughter to school with for Santa secret shop. I was looking at a six-pack that they had on their counter, and a bottle fell off of the counter. They tried to charge me $8 for a 12 oz bottle of beer that was on this over packed counter. Never before have I gone into a business and been treated so poorly, or talked to with such disrespect as a paying customer. This is a place that I will never go to again and I urge other people to avoid... conveniently located with a good beer selection and terrible customer service

Love this store! I stop almost every day- they are always friendly, helpful and polite. The selection of beer vast ( they have Game of Thrones Ale gift boxes!! ) I've never had a bad experience in this store. Conveniently located as well.

Won’t ever go back. Got a keg from them and when we tapped it the beer was all sour. When I went to return it, I was being blamed for it even tho I know it wasn’t my fault. I talked him into giving me my whole cash deposit back but he wouldn’t refund me the rest. He wouldn’t even give me another keg. He then told me he would talk to the company that they got the keg from and he took my number and told me he would call me next day to let me know what else can be done. I still haven’t heard anything and it’s been almost 3 days. Don’t recommend.

Was in there recently and saw a nice bottle of bourbon that I would have liked to have bought. But when I asked about it the guy looked at me and said "I don't know you why would I sell that to you". I've never so blatently had someone be so disrespectful to me about wanting to buy something from them, needless to say I will never be back.

The tv playing inside is super load,besides that it was fine.the owners seem friendly enough.
