It's unfortunate I have to leave a bad review. I have been trying to contact this shop but now the phone is disconnected. And the lady inside says she is waiting on someone? I consigned a lot of items there a month ago and they are not on my account. I tried to reach out but I've had no luck. My items are not there for money back just in store credit. But at this point I don't see my items even being on inventory, and now I'm not sure who to contact? Update: I have been contacted by the owner who gave me an email to get this sorted out. Thank you so much.

I’ve thought long and hard about posting any type of review on a local small business. However, after asking several times over the course of two months to cash out the balance of my account and be mailed a check for the amount I am owed for consigning my clothes here, I feel that it has come to the point that I have to voice my experience. After Multiple attempts to reach out, met with “we’ll send the check out. we’ll see what’s going on” and no response to my inquiries, I feel like I am almost harassing them for money that is owed to me for selling my clothes.

The gals that work here are so sweet, they made the sorting process very easy and were very open about the consignment process, but now that it has come time to pay the $ for that consignment, I have hit a dead end. I am not trying to be a karen, and I hate to give any small business a bad review, but at some point, it’s ridiculous that I have to almost harass a business for any type of answer! Hopefully this calls attention to a problem that the business can fix… but it reflects poorly on a business when there’s no response or any action to remedy a situation.

After a few weeks of trying to get a second check sent out after the first one got lost in the mail, still no response to my request.not do business with this storeb

Very cute shop, and friendly staff. A lot of high end items, but I was surprised at some of the prices. I saw a pullover from Costco that was $17, marked to sell at this store for $26. There were a few other peices that, for the brand, I thought were priced as they would be new and not secondhand. Several of the items I was interested in had visible marks or staining. I know it's a consignment store, but I wasn't expecting that based by the atmosphere and pricing. I ended up buying a top, and will probably visit again.

I LOVE this store! The owner is SO sweet, and she has impeccable taste in fashion. I always find something I love, even if I didn't know it when I walked in. The vendor items are always perfect, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. She even has a kids play area, making my toddler a welcome part of my shopping experience. If I could give ten stars I would!

This store is so beautifully designed and set up. The clothes are cute and fairly priced. The owner is super sweet and can tell she really puts her heart and soul into her shop. If you want super stylish, gently loved clothes this is the best place to go in FBX! My only gripe is that I wish I could shop online since I was only in town visiting when I stopped by.
