There is not enough I can say about this small business. She has amazing costumer service and I don’t think I have ever walked in or ordered online without buying less then two items at a time. She makes sure her costumers are happy and taken care of. The prices are awesome and she really knows how to style up the Alaska woman and mommas. She makes sure every season there are amazing styles and cute things for the time of year. I have never been disappointed in what I have purchased and have so many people ask where I can my cute clothes from. I would recommend anyone to forget me not boutique. She respects the opinions of others and has something for everyone. She is one awesome small business owner!!

I don’t do this a lot, but I sadly have to call out a local business for their behavior because I feel my fellow Alaskans deserve some transparency when it comes to the businesses they choose to support. Call it a review of an experience if you will. And my apologies in advance that I procrastinated way too long in getting this up. So back in May of this year one of the local clothing outlets I have been following and supporting for a while now on Facebook (because you all know I love supporting local small businesses when I can) by the name of Forget Me Not Boutique posted an ad for a new set of ball caps they were selling (see photo) that myself and a few others found to be surprisingly sexist... which was a bit of a shock for those of us who generally like the products coming out of this store. So, being the kind of person who calls out something wrong when I see it, I joined other equally bummed patrons in the comments section who had already pointed this out by making a similar comment of my own. Not in a rude or nasty way, mind you, but simply saying that it seemed in poor taste for the sake of providing feedback. Hell in mine I even made a point to mention how I normally love their products! Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of the comment to share or I would. Well come to find that when I was scrolling back through my newsfeed only a few hours later, all the comments mentioning the sexist design of these particular hats, including mine, had been deleted and I - and I am assuming others - had actually been blocked from commenting further?! At first I was a little disgruntled, but I figured maybe they were just in the process of removing the post which would have actually been a positive move showing they accepted the criticism and understood. But no. When I went on their page to see if this was the case, I instead found that I had also been blocked from liking or commenting on ANY of their posts AND from liking or following the boutique on Facebook any further as well... and all because I, along with quite a few others, had pointed out how one of their products - out of the many I had previously liked and even occasionally shared - was in bad taste?! Honestly it isn’t much of a loss for me, for if this is how they choose to operate I wouldn’t want to support them anyways, but I am surprised and a bit disappointed to see such a well-known local business pulling this kind of stunt. It makes me wonder how often they have done the same in the past... Anyways, I couldn’t let this behavior go by without remark because frankly I find it to be dishonest and a bit shady from a company that flaunts itself as being one of the best local boutiques around.... and as I said earlier, I feel consumers deserve to know who and what they are supporting. Do with this info what you will. To me, advertising blatantly sexist products is not ok. And blocking customers who voice their concern with these products? Possibly even worse. After consulting with others who work in the retail industry, I was encouraged to make this review public for this reason. I hope it will inspire them to re-examine how they respond to customer feedback in the future because I truly do like to see local businesses flourish... but only through honest means. ?

FMNB is my favorite boutique!
Emily’s size description on clothing is spot on! This is the only boutique I can order clothes online without having to try the style on first!
I also love all the accessories available too!
She offers great shipping options and a choice to pick up!
Her boutique is also at a lot of local vendor shows, which I love!
Emily truly cares for her customers and she makes you feel like a friend, not just a customer!

Forget Me Not Boutique IS the BEST boutique around! With superb customer service, Emily does and will do anything she can to help her customers! It’s seamless every single time I shop there, in fact it’s basically where my whole closet is from! Emily is amazing and so is her business!

Seriously the most well run boutique in Alaska. I have never met a small business owner who has been more transparent with her customers, provides nothing but high quality products, and treats everyone equally and caters to every woman (legit she carries xs-3xl and asks women in her group what THEY want to see in her boutique) - There are things that cater to ever woman regardless if you're a mama, a sister, a daughter, or just a girl who wants her closet to be cuter than her friends'. No matter who you are or what your personality is, you can find something in this boutique! Don't mind people who can't take a joke or who take things personally and get all angry and troll on the internet - this is 100% a no BS boutique that represents EVERY Alaskan Girl. We aren't all the same - we are all unique - thank GOD there's finally a place that recognizes that. <3

Very nice please I don’t know why I waited so long to come in here I guess my assumptions were wrong. They have a lot to look through if you’re looking to get yourself something new or looking for a gift for someone you care about. The staff was very polite and patient they weren’t annoying or following me around or trying to sell something to me I was just really enjoying myself walking around looking at things. I will come back and I would recommend if you have the time or looking for some thing for someone pop your head in
