Quick shipping and processing time within 2 days.
Leggings are great quality. i made two separate orders the owner called and they combined them and I only had to pay one shipping fee the owner was kind enough to call and let me know they also refunded me the extra shipping cost. Ordered one of the stickers which they are durable and great quality.

I have only visited the Wasilla Store once when I came home to visit, but I remember it being beautiful looking and nice staff! I currently live in Mississippi and order from their website every chance I get! I have quite a stash of Alaska Chicks hoodies, t-shirts, tank tops, leggings, sweaters.... a little bit of everything!! All of their clothing is of the best quality and always so cute!!!

I was in Big Lake, visiting family, and was going fishing in Seward and needed a really warm hoodie. I wanted something different and I found it at your Wasilla shop! It is so warm, I didn't need a coat! The hood is unique, too. I will be back.

Before Christmas was my first time in the store, and I purchased a nice fuzzy jacket for my mother. When she arrived in state for the holidays, and tried it on, it did not fit. We went back in the store after Christmas but there wasn’t anything that fit her nicely.
Unfortunately they would not refund my money, and insisted on giving me an in-store credit. I looked around and could not see any sign stating this fact. I don’t believe I would have taken a chance and purchased something for my mother if I had known this.
People say you should buy locally, but when something like this occurs and you’re stuck with a $58 credit instead of a refund, it makes you think about it.

We purchased face masks with difficult to find head straps (opposed to ear loops) that don't interfere with glasses, earrings, hearing aids, or hats. This is by far the highest quality product on the market and the customer service is excellent. We look forward to doing business again with this first rate company.
