Sadly we visited late on the day they were celebrating their birthday so the pink sugar cookie was sold out! Had my mouth set on it. Oh well, more great tasties each week, love them all except when they sell out!

I honestly didn't expect much walking in, but these are some excellent cookies. While they have standard options like chocolate chip, I recommend the more adventurous ones. They're clearly the winners are this cookie shop. Favorite one I tried was the chilled sugar. Churro was good too but a touch sweet when paired with black coffee.

Love Crumbl!! Your Customer Service is great !!
Love, love, love the pink sugar cookie , please bring it back MORE OFTEN!!! This cookie made me fall in love with Crumbl and I get bummed out when it's some other crazy cookie and no pink sugar cookie!!
The store was crazy busy and the employees were working very hard to get everyone served !

This location is our local Crumbl that we've been purchasing from since the day they opened. We stopped in for a single cookie today as they pink sugar is no longer on the weekly menu. The line was ridiculously long and moved extremely slow.

The Ahwatukee Crumbl used to be top notch, however, we've watched it decline over time. Tonight we were not greeted, there wasn't anyone running the register and it was completely self checkout. No one offered any assistance to the 15+ customers outside of calling their names to hand out the orders. There were 7 employees behind the counter doing various tasks such as making boxes, only 2 of them boxing orders and calling names.

One of the young men that was boxing orders was also working curbside delivery. He was sweating heavily, wiped his brow several times after running orders and never once washed his hands or put gloves on before boxing the next order. I know it has been hot, but cleanliness should still be considered. Had he handled our order I may have voiced my concern immediately.

Because there were only 2 employees boxing orders it took what seemed like forever for orders to be fulfilled. We waited at least 10 minutes after placing our order to get out the door.

While we might enjoy Crumbl cookies, the price continues to increase and the experience and service continues to decline. Awatukee definitely needs some help when it comes to their customer service!

The cookies are really great each time I’ve bought them at this location, but I went in today for one and myself and another gentlemen were waiting for our orders, while the girls were discussing about another employee being written up with each other. Once they realized we were starring at them long enough, one girl then says “oh your cookies are right there”. No one bothered to even tell us that was our orders. I think it’s a bit unprofessional to A. Speak about another employees issues in front of customers and B. Not even acknowledge your customers because you’re too busy spreading rumors with each other.
