Amazing Place the Groove Shop Is one of my very favorite shops to shop at for adult stuff my family and I went today and we loved it such amazing and Excellent customer service everyone was so friendly and nice to us and they answered every question we had and was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they had Jodi and the other lady was so sweet and kind very nice selection of everything that you are looking for from lingerie to adult toys prices are very reasonable and love the displays that they have so you are able to see what you are getting and looking for the exact product I give this place a five star would totally recommend great for couples lovers or even if your single we'll definitely be back again to shop here at the Groove shop! Also they have lots of varieties of things to choose from

This store had the best sales associates ever. You're happily greeted when you walk in. I said I'm browsing, they let me browse freely. Then when I had questions, they explained and answered my questions professionally. What a great place! Thank you very much!

Fine products and thankfully one of the sales ladies was nice to me but it’s a terrible place to go if you have anxiety. I don’t go to intimacy shops often, so i get a bit nervous sometimes. This was fine until they I realized you’ll be put on the spot and it doesn’t feel like they value privacy or subtly. I regret giving the business over $200 after the way they treated me.

Groove is so much better than any other adult entertainment store I've ever been to. With much more selection, way better pricing and all around friendlier staff Groove is definitely the store to check out. This store has things on their shelf that other stores have never heard of. Definitely should check them out.

Update: just wanted to say that the Gilbert location is better than any other location in Phoenix bar none! The knowledge of product the workers have here is absolutely amazing and helpful. Sophia that works there is awesome and personally I feel she should get a raise. Thank you so much for your help and knowledge Sophia! I'll be a customer for life as long as you're there!

Me and my partner stopped in to get a general feel for the selection, and were both blown away with the variety and lovely layout! All electric toys have demos which makes it easier to make a selection with full confidence. I only bought a collar (very cute, love it!) this time, bit we will be back very soon and regularly!

Adult toy shop serving the East Valley.

Not your typical adult shop - open, inviting and windows give it an upscale air. The staff are helpful and willing to answer questions and find recommendations. They have a large selection of toys and lingerie. Also, this is a good place to get fun bachelorette party supplies (or just for your next Saturday night shindig).

Finding just one or two items is hard because the selection is great and the prices are fair.

I love not having to drive to the mall or Tempe.

Also, their art game is on point...check out some of the mannequins and the walls.
