Just walked in for the first time to this boutique. Visual Merchandising is on point. I had my three daughters with me as well. I have never felt so watched, followed, hovered over than I have here. Aggressive sales can work for custom products that are good quality, but items purchased from fashiongo and faire…not so much ? Will not recommend or go back. Brush up on your customer service skills ladies because by the reviews this seems to be a trend here ‍♀️✌️

Was visiting Phoenix and had a great time in this boutique. Very cute stuff and most of the prices were reasonable for the items. Emma helped me find the cutest denim skirt and she even pulled some items from the back because I was looking specifically for denim. She went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for! Love this store and I will be back!

Went in and was having a great time browsing and looking at all the fun items. I was going to buy a few items (socks, shirt, and a few small trinket type items) that were well overpriced… but for the experience and location was willing to pay the prices. That is until one of the employees who I hope is not the owner was EXTREMELY rude. Made snarky and nasty comments to me and the other girls in my group and was clearly angry we were using their selfie area even though everyone in the group had multiple items to purchase and isn’t that what it’s for? We were also followed and pressured to let them “hold our stuff at the front” while we shopped. It was very uncomfortable but we tried to ignore that. Until the other employee was incredibly rude. With all of us and what we were buying we probably would have spent a good amount there, but we walked out and did not buy a single thing after that interaction. I cannot believe the attitude and absolute atrocious behavior toward customers. There are plenty of other beautiful and unique shops in the area that have wonderful staff. I’d recommend taking your business to one of those places instead of this place.

Stopped in while walking through Old Towne and am obsessed with all the cute products they have. Ended up getting a trucker hat and water jug! The girl at the front was very sweet. They also gave me a cold beverage from the fridge after I checked out. Loved that and I’ll def be back.

Hostess was very nice. Was about to buy 4 shirts at $50 each. I went to head to the register and was approached by a very rude employee. Never experienced anything like that, hope is wasn’t the owner and that’s how it’s run. I put the shirts down and didn’t buy them. Woman owned is great but not if you treat your customers like that. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Really loved this cute shop and wish I could have bought so much more, but alas travel restrictions for my suitcase ? some of it was well priced and some of the pieces were expensive, but still definitely worth visiting and browsing. Will be thinking of the black boots with bats I left behind for a looooong time.

Unfortunately, my experience mirrored many of the 1-star reviews here. The staff surveils shoppers extremely closely. Uncomfortably closely. I was reprimanded by an employee for simply taking out my phone to text my husband. Despite explaining that I was only sending a text and even showing her my phone, I felt extremely uncomfortable and left the store. I had intended to buy gifts for my mom and sister there and was completely mortified by this type of behavior towards me from an employee. Among all the boutiques in Scottsdale, I wouldn't recommend supporting a business that treats its customers this way. Would rather go shop at a store where they value and want to help their customers find items based upon their needs instead of being harassed out of nowhere. A couple of ladies in the store saw what happened and approached me outside of the store after I left and said they couldn’t believe how the employee had just treated me, they also left after seeing this happen since they too felt uncomfortable shopping there after that. Best of luck to the owner, but this was a big disappointment.

So happy that we discovered Rolling Rack Boutique on our last day before leaving Arizona. It had the cutest things. Regarding all the reviews about the price... it is a boutique. Walk into any other boutique and the prices are comparable. There were multiple sales racks with items up to 70% off, but you are also paying for one of a kind items and supporting a small business.
