We have been to a TON Plato’s closet locations in 5 different states and this one is so impressive!!! The store looks like a high end one and the clothing is thoughtfully organized. Not like a typical thrift store … very nicely curated pieces and amazing staff. The vibe of the store is awesome. Great job with this location to the owners!

I’m very disappointed with this establishment! When I walked in the store I was welcomed with “no bags allowed!” When I asked why they said, “This isn’t the safest area” then, they rudely proceeded to give me a choice, for me to leave my bag with them, or leave my bag in my car. Any other establishment would have greeted me with a welcome and an appreciation for walking into their establishment and not make the assumption that everyone is a thief. As I’m contemplating my options, I looked behind the desk to see if there was a secure spot for my bag. Which there wasn’t and I definitely didn’t trust these strangers with my personal belongings. I also didn’t want to leave my bag in my car especially after they told me this isn’t the safest area. So I made the decision to just leave. To me this place doesn’t really seem to care about the security or safety of their customers. Especially for people like myself who liked to shop there. My advice, take down that stupid sign and find a better solution to secure your shit!

Do not sell here. They will offer you nothing for them. They will basically take your clothes for free. They took 5 items of mine and only offered $9.50, I spent well over 9.50 for the 5 items which I never wore and it was too late to return. I even had to wait a whole hour and half. Go sell your clothes somewhere that will actually give you what they are worth

Over rated….. I was disappointed. The selection was less than subpar. I can find way better stuff for way less money at goodwill. Especially on 25% off student Sundays! I find name brand at goodwill all the time. This place is overpriced and a lot of the stuff they had like Fabletics and PINK you can get brand new for less money when they do sales online. They base their prices off full tag prices clearly. This place be asking for a lot of money for used clothes and shoes. And there’s no coupons or discount days. I took my 13 year old daughter and she found about 4 things and we left and went to goodwill where she found about 10 things.

The way employees handle buying clothes and how they treat people is disgusting never heard of a good experience with anyone selling here.if you’re clothes are a size large more likely to get rejected and they’ll take Walmart or cheap brand over name brands any day. It’s giving gen Z & awful customer service the day they go out of business I won’t be mad. Idk why every location is like this, just awful experience to be in these stores.

AVOID!!!They have signs up on the register that do not let you see what the price is at checkout. I bought shoes thinking they were on clearance. Later checked the price on receipt and it was not on clearance . Came in a minute later to be told they don’t return any shoes . Which I literally just bought not even a minute ago. The shoes were on the clearance shelf. Should have checked the reviews before even going in. Avoid this location.

POLICIES:
The purse ban is no joke. If you are wearing anything resembling a bag, you are asked to leave it in your car.

ATMOSPHERE:
The music is (no joke) blasting at a health-concerning volume. I genuinely hope the employees don’t suffer hearing loss, regardless of how unfriendly they are.

CLOTHES:
Lots of SHEIN somehow but will reject your in-style, in-season, high end brands if they don’t give you a dollar or two for them.

TLDR:
Management has no concern for customers/employee health, safety, or wellbeing. Don’t ruin your day by going here, please go anywhere else.

Love love love this Plato’s closet their men’s selection is the best in the valley and they always organize fun events that release name brand or different items of clothing! Super fun spot and partnered with a great brewery next door that will give you a discount if you eat there before shopping!
