I am from out of town and was interested in this place I called to see what available bags they had in the style I wanted very very easy to talk to. If you do end up coming here I recommend talking to Genesis. She was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help me. She was lovely and very easy to talk to. I am from out of town so I had some complications come up due to my schedule here but she was absolutely the best 10/10!

The company is great. However, the new girl that was just hired at this location is uncultured and unprofessional. I called customer service to report her and while on the phone with them , she acted so rude and the customer service agent confirmed that they will look into the matter but I am yet to hear back from them . If you must buy or sell with fashionphile, I will advise you deal with them directly online.

The bad reviews definitely make sense. I called to see if they could accept a walk in by chance to sell my $1,200 Versace platform heels. The lady was condescending and rude on the phone. To sum it up she told me “do it online. I’m booked until January, sooo um NO”. Management.. have you considered customers don’t want to wait 3-7 business days, and ship an expensive item We want to do it in person.

Neiman Marcus and management should look into the woman who is handling selling/appraising at this location, she has MANY bad reviews. Weird how I can walk in and shop without an appointment, but for them to look at shoes and give me a quote takes a month notice

I called Fashionphile Scottsdale and set up an appointment to sell two of my luxury bags for the first time with them. The girl I talked to Azrielle, when making the appointment, was not very welcoming and short over the phone, but I still went ahead and made the appointment. At the appointment I was greeted by a nice employee and was told to wait in their lobby until they were ready to take me. Another nice employee walked me over to a small cubicle- like office and I was asked to show ID and she proceeded to open a fashionphile account. The sweet employee then explained to me that they will be taking pictures of my bags to have them authenticated and that I would need to leave the bags with them and I could either wait in the lobby or go shop around the mall, that process will take about 35-40 minutes. I felt uncomfortable leaving my bags there, and when I asked why they couldn’t authenticate in front of me, she said “well we have other appointments”. I thought that my appointment was to have this process and not just to drop off my bags which I felt really uncomfortable with. She told me that once done, azrielle would call me back. Just then a girl who i assume was Azrielle walked right pass me and sat in front of me without a smile or a simple hello. It felt very awkward and uncomfortable. I let the other employee know that I don’t feel comfortable just leaving my bags unattended and left. I felt like I wasted my time and that this process should have been explained to me on the phone when I made the appointment with Azrielle. I was hoping that the exprience would go well as I had more bags I wanted to sell, but I will go elsewhere.

Place an online order, UPS showed 3 days before the assigned window. Unable to re route and I was told that all December sales are as is and final a common knowledge no need to advertise on the website
So basically I gave fashionphile $500.00

I love shopping here at Fashionphile. They have exquisite items… return and exchange are so easy to make. My favorite staff is Genesis she does everything for me and I just sit back and relax… Highly recommend… xoxo

Visited the Fashionphile location at Fashion Square Mall and brought a few items for consignment consideration. Unfortunately, I was incredibly dissapointmented with their offer (pennies on the dollar). Needless to say, I did not accept their offer. You may be better off listing it yourself or finding other high-end consignment shops in the area that offer a better payout.

Excellent experience. Purchased items have arrived exactly as described, thoroughly cleaned and pristine. If something does not meet your expectations they immediately accept returns, no questions asked. They accept and sell quality items. I've sold items and have received very fair quotes. The staff is helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating. Sabrina and Andrea are wonderful! Fashionphile is extremely particular in authenticating items so you always feel confident you are purchasing the real thing. My experience has been nothing but positive and would highly recommend.
