I love the store and the selection they have. Unfortunately, the employees are useless. They have more employees working than they need. They are always at the front socializing. No one is helping or monitoring the dressing rooms. After spending over an hour there shopping for my daughter not one employee asked if they could help me. When I did ask for help finding something that would go with a shirt the girl did not help me find something in their store. She seemed just fine with me spending money somewhere else on something I could just as easily find in their store. Usually when I ask for help like this at other boutiques the girls will pull a few options out. She wouldn't budge from the front of the store where her 3-4 other friends/coworkers were. They were more interested in visiting with each other than helping me spend my money in their store. I have gotten better customer service from Forever 21 and Walmart than this store. Great clothes, great selection, sorry service.

I got a pair of jeans from here and they fit so perfectly! I love the jeans! Just wish they had a website I could order from because I am not from Arkansas.
The down side of the trip was that I got a size 5 in the jeans but I tried a size 5 on in shorts but the shorts were too tight... how does that work I don’t know haha but I’m still coming back to this store when I’m in town!

Went into the store with the intentions of purchasing a few items and quickly changed my mind. Upon entering the store we were stared down by one of the employees without any kind of greeting at all. While walking around the store she proceeded to follow us around the entire time. One sales girl was kind enough to speak after about 10 minutes. I noticed that every customer that came into the store after us received a very warm welcome. When leaving the store, the sales girls said goodbyes to the customers who walked out infront of us, but again, did not speak to us at all. I have made many purchases from this store in the past, but I will never purchase from this company again. I will also discourage family and friends from making purchases from this company.

Today my mom posted on Trinkets page. Every time she posts it, 2 seconds later, they remove it. They don't want the bad news getting out. She posted: NEVER shop here! EVER! The girls who work there are evil. My daughter used to work for Trinkets and was treated badly by the manager, Lauren. When I went into the store today my daughter and I were accused of stealing a necklace by two young girls who work there. I explained to them that I just had spent a ton of money at their story and I had no reason to steal. When I had left the store, I continued on my shopping trip and when I walked past their store to go back to my car the manager was outside looking for us, grabbed me and asked me to come inside and started accusing me of stealing once again. I told her again that I did not steal anything, but my daughter insisted on going inside to show them where the necklace was that she had tried on. When she realized we really hadn't stollen anything, the manager never apologized or anything, just kept on going on with her day after having accused us and harassed us. She then told me to never go back to her store again. This manager needs to loser her job immediately. So rude!!

The only reason I gave stars is because of the clothes but the sales girls are so mean and look judgy when me and my friend walked in they were looking at us and laughing yall need new workers because I love the clothes and would like to buy more clothes but I don't want to go in because of the girls.
