Levi's outlet in Alpine was a wonderful place to shop. Macy's Grossmont Center was out of the Levi's my great niece wanted. I called the Levi store at Veijas and they had them! back to school shopping made easy! The staff was super helpful. It was so good I took her sister there the following week!

The store employees didn’t care to ask me if I needed help which I did. I needed new jeans and was overwhelmed with the selection. All the other guests who walked in and out were greeted and helped. Left a bad taste and will not come back. I might as well buy online and not have to deal with the employees who need to be trained on how to make a sale.

Walked in with my spouse with the intention of buying jeans. We were not greeted. Then a few seconds later , 2 rounds of shoppers came in , not black or brown, and they were cheerfully greeted. Our entire time at the shop, no one came to acknowledge us and offered to help. Then we went on to try our jeans and came out with faceless expressions of the associates. So we just dropped our jeans and left. Very disappointing experience. Glad I didn’t give them my business.

Really nice store, employees are exceptional. I got two tee shirts for 30 bucks, pair of straight Levi's for 26 bucks, my wife and daughter got two pairs each, and a shirt and sweater. The young lady at the register advised me if I gave her my name and email, I would get an extra 20 percent off on the whole purchase, so I said why not? I paid like 98 dollars for the whole thing! I left happy.
