This place is really nice, i know a friend who works here and he’s a really nice guy and cuts our hair really nice and is a professional. The salon looks very nice, is pretty big and the people are really nice. The area is pretty nice being close to a couple of fast foods and you can shop.

So terrible. They messed my son up right before his birthday party. Uneven, missing a chunk of hair, tried to patch it up with gel. Very disappointed someone let him walk out of their shop like that.

I come all the way from pleasant hill, lily did an amazing job for my hair cut and red hair color. Everybody is very friendly and professional, the salon is very clean and nice.

Wish I could give a lower score. They said bangs would look good on me and they cut the shortest bangs. They spent fifteen minutes on me and didn’t care about anything. I went to a different place to try to fix it after but it wasn’t possible to hide the short bangs. Even the back was cut crooked. I had to wear a hat for a long time. Looked like a freak for my son’s baptism, Christmas, and for a month long Europe trip. The bangs grew to a normal length five months later. The haircut was in December 2022.

Lily did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. I received so many compliments from my coworkers at the office. She is very friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humor. I live all the way in Sonoma County and drive all the way to down to Hercules because she does a fantastic job. Her prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I will most definitely be returning back to her and recommend her to anyone in need for any services. Thank you.

I’ll be finding another place for my kid next haircut. I would not recommend to go there. The haircut is awful. The price is reasonable but the service is not. Never again.

I took my 3 year old here for the first time and my overall review of this place is just OK. This is not a 5 star location in which the line is out the door and appointments are all filled. However, my son was seated immediately and his hair was cut. His hair looked OK after but the lady cutting his hair was not the best person with kids. So long story short, I could go back there if my son, or myself, needs another haircut. But I'd like to try somewhere first.

Went in on a recommendation to see Janet and have my hair fixed by her. The recommendee has VERY high standards and I myself have had bad experiences with stylists. So I was very leery to begin with.

Regardless, I and my family are very pleased with Janet's work. She gave me professional recommendations and helped guide my decisions based on what would be best for my particular hair/botched dye job. She made me happy with my hair again. Thank you Janet!!!
