After waiting 9 months I finally got my Justified hat. At best they took a 6X Stetson and slapped a Justified hat band on it. The brim was not reshaped in any way (still has quite a bit of curl on the sides)

Yes it is a decent hat, but not what I was expecting especially after waiting so long. I have had far better experiences with multiple other true custom hat makers. Rest assured Knudsen Hats/Golden Gate will no longer have my business

Your best selection for jeans, hats and boots! You're greeted out front by the Gold Pony and cowboy, so cool. They have been out front since I can remember. The guy upstairs makes custom hats, expect it to take about four months, he's very busy.

What a great store! Wide range of hats, Sculy embroidered snap shirts, and Wrangler jeans. Fun just to come wake a look. Staff is friendly. And they have a life sized golden horse in front! More more can I ask from a western store? The best I’ve seen from Texas to Arizona!

This place is awesome first floor and a second floor also. Great reasonable prices they have everything for a cowboy from boots, hats, clothes and things you would never think of.

Wow, this place has everything you need, cowboy hats, belts, cowboy boots, vests, etc. It's also a historic place in Richmond, it's been around since 1947 and still has poles outside where people used to tie up their horses. Great place!
