Le fleur D we can’t thank you enough for making my son’s college graduation celebration very special the gorgeous flower arrangements with the amazing vivid colors and right choices of yellow and blue flowers ( UCLA colors) came to life as I invisioned. It was the perfect centerpieces that added life and beautiful ambience to the party.You never disappoint.

Feels like I got ripped off pretty bad. Flowers are dying the day after I got them. Also for the price of $150 it’s a very small bouquet. She gave me a vase which I didn’t ask for and I guess charged me mostly for that. Probably should have refused the bouquet when I saw it.

Initially Arrived here during hours & the door was locked. Wanted to get a beautiful bouquet of roses I ended up having to settle & settle because they didn’t have what I wanted. Asked for it wrapped & they put it in a vase. The bouquet was very underwhelming. Needless to say I Spent over $100 for something I didn’t want or like. Not even a week later and the roses have already died.

In addition to the owners response: The assistant only needed to help because you all had no selections available. Had I know the bouquet would’ve came out so underwhelming I would’ve shopped else where. & I would hope that your employee would be patient with a customer being that it’s not my fault yall lack quality inventory. You all didn’t even have a basic red rose available. The flowers were purchased prior to the heat wave the Bay Area is currently experiencing. Flowers were well taken care of & did not last a week. This is coming from someone who shops around the bay area for flowers every month & never had such poor quality & poor flower availability. You address the care for flowers but fail to address the fact that y’all did not provide a beautiful bouquet & ignore my request of how I wanted it.

Read the reviews. This place has had countless customer complaints about the quality of the flowers, the presentation of the bouquet itself and the shop charging for vases when customers want bouquets wrapped in paper. Came here had the same experience. Flowers died within a week, wanted it wrapped in paper got a vase and didn’t even like what was handed to me. If hot weather is an issue you all need to find somewhere else to do your business or invest in the proper cooling of your location. Stop blaming your customers when the Place was too hot inside which means you all are aware that your selling flowers that are not even being properly cared for prior to sell. Will definitely not be wasting my money here again.

I placed an order for centerpieces and a floral crown/headpiece for my mom’s Hawaiian themed retirement dinner and I was blown away. I told Daisy my vision and she brought it to life! And in the process I made a friend ♥️ the arrangements were so beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for a better result! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Received flowers for my birthday along with a box of chocolates. Flowers were nice. The chocolates were old ! I called and spoke to someone that said they would "fix"" the problem , 3 days later nothing . Very disappointed.

I planned my high school reunion this year for Hercules high, and was in need of a few arrangements to honor the classmates that have passed. I gave Daisy full artistic control since me and the planning committee were very busy with other things. When I picked up on the day of the reunion, Daisy had 3 very beautiful arrangements. I had asked for white flowers, and Daisy had added some blue flowers since that is our school colors. She nailed it! Thank you so much Daisy!!
