When my husband and I got engaged, we knew there was only one designer we wanted to wear at our wedding - Billy Reid. So where else to go than the Mecca itself, Billy's headquarters in Florence, Alabama. We picked up my mom, my brother and my mom's girlfriend in Valdosta, Georgia and drove to Northern Alabama (my brother is a musician and worships the sacred ground of Muscle Shoals). The day was spent with master tailor Mila, choosing every fabric, lining, button, cut and detail of Brett and I's suits. The Bill Reid team treated us with utmost love and kindness as we chose the clothes we would wear for our wedding. For that, we are forever grateful to Billy, Mila and the entire Billy Reid team.

Such a great clothing store. Super nice staff willing to do a lot to make you happy.

I am small, (5’8”, 140) and it’s unusual to find a store with much in my size. All the sizes are always available unless it’s the very end of the season, and even then most things can be found.

The fit for me is perfect - except for the sleeves being a bit long, which is typical for simple sizing on my short arms. The cut is unbelievably flattering and comfortable. I have never been so comfortable in any clothes. My wife loves the way I look in Billy Reid clothes.

I love this place. The clothes are the best. Love the style and they are great about having a range of sizes, including small slim (sadly not for me). Service is the best. Walton and Abba are always so kind and helpful!

Ay man, Billy Reid is cool and his shop is beyond top notch.
I came here to say, Susanne Esslinger’s comment (9mos before this) was out of hand G. Miss Susanne Esslinger is a super Karen and honestly probably couldn’t afford what she bought to begin with, then rent was due, tried to exchange it after she wore it to the club and slept in it 3 days in a week and a half esé. Went as far get to his shop right at 10 & stand outside his shop with wet hair for an hour just to be rejected and looking a fool, fool. I can only imagine the fool this person made of themselves. This is a high end clothing store not freaking Walmart esé. As far as SUGGESTIONS go I would say, Susanne. Please girl. Go shop at TJ Maxx like the rest of us and stay in your lane.
Don’t do drugs kids and ALWAYS drink water esé.

Trying to exchange an item. Item was great, not so much for customer service. Recording said “Open at 10:00 AM” tried to call, no answer. So went to store, posted on door, open at 11:00AM. So waited , wet hair and all until 11:00. In the meantime, got a rep on phone and explained my issue, she would address. Went in at 11:00, was told they had not opened at 10:00 for over 2 years! Suggested they might want to update their voice message. Then promised to check Atlanta store to see if my exchange would work there? I called back after 1:30, they were too busy. In the meantime, I called Atlanta store on my own, but was told they could not hold an item for even one day! Guess I expected too much from such an high end store. My bad. Don’t know who’s minding the store, but I’ve had prompter service at Walmart. Disappointing

Not only does Billy Reid's clothing look great, fit extremely well, and is super comfortable, but the staff goes above and beyond in service to a level you wouldn't expect from a high end fashion designer. Hunter was extremely helpful in making sure I can maintain damaged clothing (at my own fault, I left leather accessible to my dog) for years to come. Billy Reid will always be my first choice when I'm looking for nice, heirloom-quality clothing and accessories.
