Decided to rent a truck 3 weeks ago from Penske instead of Uhaul. My first time renting from Penske. They had me pay 150$ upfront and like Uhaul, said I'll get money refunded if my bill is less than 150$. It was. Still waiting on that refund. Just called and was told it would take another week for them to refund my money. I regret not going with Uhaul as I usually do. Uhaul refunds right away and without me needing to call several times to ask why I still haven't gotten my money back.
