This pharmacy is amazing! Everyone there is very helpful and takes great care of their clients/customers. They did a fantastic job with helping me get up to date with my vaccines and medications. Not only was I completely comfortable, but I felt very safe with Francoise and Ash who helped me. Joi was also very helpful and forgive me I don't remember the other woman's name but they were also very helpful. I can say with confidence that this pharmacy works very hard to assist and serve to the fullest. I really hope they are compensated well and given enough hours/coverage so they don't burn out and find a better job. They are really irreplaceable, it would be a shame.

Also if your still reading you can get your vaccine record instantly to your phone through CA state website, just Google "vaccine record CA". Should be under "myvaccinerecord"

The pharmacists and staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They are very attentive and go the extra mile to help with medication issues. They remind me of the personnel I grew up with in my small town drug store. Always happy with their customer service, I won't go anywhere else.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently transferred my prescriptions here after being fed up with the dishonesty of one of the larger chains. I.e. your insurance hasn't responded, you picked up the last prescription on the 23rd when it was the 20th on and on! It was walgreen's!

I have inadvertently purchased expired food for the last time from here. I'm tired of getting home only to find broken eggs in the carton or multiple leaking cans from 12 packs of sodas. And all the multiple times that in-store signs advertising deals were expired or mis-labeled and I don't realize until after I've paid. Not to mention traffic in and out is a mess due to the conflicting entrance to Highway 4. For a new, updated location, they are terrible.

The store is satisfactory for the most part, definitely roomy. I only came to this store because it’s what is approved by medical for my medication. Killing bird with stone I decided to pick up a number of items.

Unfortunately, the produce department is/was extremely underwhelming. The items looked as though they in were deep depression and seriously wilted and sad looking.

Had I started at the side of the store I definitely not have continued shopping.

Have to love when you call a place they ask you to hold, just so they can go to lunch and have the phone ring a few times and hang up. Thanks safeway pharmacy in Hercules.
You could have just said we are about to go to lunch, I would have said ok ill call back. But thay was just RUDE. Enjoy your lunch, I'll call back to see if my prescription is filled. Might look for a new pharmacy

Horrible customer service by pharmacist Komal she has a nasty attitude I will be transferring my prescription from here I would rather go out of my way to lucky then too deal with her every time I go too get my prescription she is so rude and alway has a excuse why the prescription is not ready if I call my prescription in and it tell me too pick up on a certain day and time then she says it not ready yet cause she is by her self that is not my fault and the way she address the issue with her nasty attitude I will never use Safeway pharmacy again she don’t realize us as customer have options too choose are pharmacy
