This was my very first stop, first time, never been to a wedding dress boutique. I had an appointment 1/28/25 @1230 with 1 friend. I came in and I did not know what to expect from a wedding dress boutique. I don't recall the women's name, but she was not very enthusiastic to work there. I had told it this was my first time and I didn't know what to look for based on my body type. She asked what my budget was, and honestly, I never really placed a budget price, but from looking online and seeing some cost, I said $2000.

Instead of explaining to me how I should pick my dressed, she just told me to look around and pick a couple. I picked 3, but was not done looking, she suggested I go try it one. Everything felt rushed and an unpleasant experience. I wanted to take photos of each dress as I tried it one. Once I got to the third dress, it was a corset that required ties, and I had asked the employee if there was a clip to hold the dress up. She said what are you trying to do. I said take a photo. She said the back!!!! I said no the front. So I turned around, she tugged on the dress and shook me tight roughly. My friend even said to me she's kind of mean.

After I tried on the third dress, I had to get dressed to look at other dresses, which was quite annoying to put my own clothes back on to take the off again. I went into the section for ball gowns. Instead of letting me try any of them, she said oh no honey, these are priced $4-6000. My idea is, if a female ends up liking a dress she will buy it. But I guess not everyone thinks that way. I was super disappointed at my first wedding dress boutique.

Gigi is a wonderful stylist. She was very patient and listened to my needs and is very personable and kind. She provided an amazing experience for myself and my mom, aunt, and best friend. I ended up finding the perfect dress, which was far from what I was looking for originally. As soon as I put on the dress, I just felt and looked so beautiful in it. I am so glad she walked me through their shop in finding dresses, and there was one that caught my eye and I kept going back and forth about it because it was not what I was looking for. I gave it a chance because it wouldn’t have hurt to just try it on. I am so grateful I did, it was the last dress I tried on and we all fell in love with it. I had the greatest experience with Gigi! I had an appointment scheduled for 12 pm, we started on time, we were the only ones at the store at that time which was great as felt very special! Gigi asked about my preferences, inspirations, and took me through the racks to pick options. I tried 5 dresses total in a span of 30 min - super fast and efficient, just the way I wanted, and then I put on dress number 3 again and didn’t want to take it off! It was like it was made for me! It has everything I wander in my dress and nothing I didn’t want! 😍🥰 I felt it! Ot was my dress! Gigi was very helpful, cheerful, supportive, and cooperative! She gave me a great price, and I was able to ask for even a little bit more discount as it was a sample dress. I said Yes to my Dress right there and then coming in without any expectations after visiting 5 larger stores. And I took my beautiful dress home with me 20 min later!! It was amazing!! Gigi made this experience very warm and friendly! Thank you Gigi and Royal Moment for my beautiful Italian dress for European girl 😘😊🥰 I will add the dress picture after the wedding ☺️

Walking into a royal moment felt like a fairy tale. The store had so many different options and a beautiful variety of wedding dresses. Farah took the time to get to know me and my likes and dislikes while she showed me around to the dresses of my liking. It was so nice to have a dress experience where I felt in control of picking things I liked. With no pressure to HAVING to buy something. Though I found my dream dress!
Farah truly cared and helped show me options on how I can alter my dress. She took photos of me with my girls and made sure we stood in the perfect light. And showed me Different styles of European shoes the owner brought to show case. It was truly a wonder experience.

Everyone at the shop was so kind and helpful! The owner assisted me in finding a dress. I had no clue what style I wanted but she helped tremendously! She pulled one of each style for me to try and was very patient and kind! She was very knowledgeable with great taste! Once I found the dress of my dreams, they worked with me on my budget and price and I couldn’t be happier with the price and overall experience! It was truly the most memorable day at A Royal Moment with my friends, family, and the greatest staff! I highly highly highly recommend you shop here first when looking for a dress!

A royal moment was wonderful! As soon as I stepped inside I was greeted warmly by Diane who assisted me in finding my dress! They have the most beautiful selection of dresses and I so appreciated Diane guiding me to look through the racks of dresses first and letting me pick out everything to try on that caught my eye. The first dress I tried on is the one I bought! What a lovely experience I can’t recommend them enough!
