BEST PHARMACY EVER. I’ve had this Pharmacy for a couple of years and in all my life they are the best, kindest, most professional place to exist. Mr. Jay is the kindest person ever I’ve loved being serviced my him and his pharmacy. I highly recommend switching to him for the utmost care. We found A-1 Pharmacy a year or two ago and we quickly transferred all our prescriptions there. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful. They know all their patients by first name and make you feel like family. They actually care about their patients. If they don't have what you're looking for, Jay will order it for you. I also buy all our vitamins there... It's all great quality and even better prices than Walmart! I promise you will not regret switching to this pharmacy. We need more "mom n pop" businesses like this in Lehigh. Really just can't say enough good things about Mr. Jay and his wonderful staff! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

I have never loved 💕💕💕💕💕 a pharmacy like I do A-1. Never frustrated...never a long wait...always friendly, great pricing and welcoming. Best of all they go way out of their way for their customers. Today I filled a script for my Son..it was going to be $443.00. I about died!! He helped me get a $10.00 co-pay card to save me lots of money..money I really did not have... I am so happy and pleased with this pharmacy. They have helped me multiple times. Forget about CVS and Walgreens!! Try Jay Patel at A-1 pharmacy on Homestead next to Ace Hardware for your pharmacist!! I forgot...they know me by name and I get such a friendly greeting each time I go.❤❤❤❤

I love these people they are very courteous, kind polite. Their store is always clean. I’ve been dealing with them now over a year and I said I was going to change from where I was going 2023 I made that change. They called me to let me know that my medication was ready. I came picked it up no hassle I love it.

This is, by far, the best everyday business in Lehigh Acres, there is always a very professional welcome to the pharmacy. There is a great team and Jay (owner) is the nicest and polite person I've ever met. Definitely is a 5 PLUS rated. I strongly recommend the best Pharmacy in Lehigh Acres.
