Love to see music stores, hope they can stay afloat. Small store , nice people, if they would have offered to order strings I needed and help with that I would have gladly waited, paid Xtra, but they just didn't have what I needed, I would go again.. to see if someone else could order them.. I don't buy off internet myself..

Great customer service! I’m not from the area and needed some speaker cables for a P.A. for a memorial service. Not only did I get some high quality cables, they took the time to ask me what kind of P.A. and gave me a quick tutorial on a similar P.A. they had there in the store. I’m not a sound pro so this info was invaluable and I feel much more confident about setting everything up for the event. Thank you to Steve and staff, all of whom helped me. Highly recommend!!!

I'm giving 5 stars.these guys have worked on all of my guitars.and they have been awesome every time.my hope are that they are not closed down .the store is empty .and we are stressed

Very nice people. They, are friendly. And, the replacement of strings on my Dulcimer went very well. Polished it as well.Looked better than when I got it. Price was reasonable if you put in the cost of new strings and labor it was worth it. I will be bringing all my instruments in for maintenance they are just awesome and iam very pleased with the job they have done. Thank you very much.

I was in a pinch on some intermittent techy issues going on with my rig. That's a freak out going into gigs after a tenuous night at a major regional club. Pedal board? Cables? Pedals? Amp? Steve & Tim took the time to focus on my issue, gear... lots of parts and pieces. Step by step they worked through EVERYTHING and insured my confidence to where it needed to be. Thorough job. If they don't have it they can order it, even if it is a brand that they don't stock or a key of harmonica that isn't as popular as the other's....waiting for mine to come in off of order.....thank u...oh and always love the selection of guitar picks....Puck up a couple every time I'm there
